BREAKING: Apple CEO and Samsung CEO agree to meet in SF court for final Settlement

Since 2010, The legal battle between Apple and Samsung has gone on for too long and it is not just us but even the US court feels the same. Which is why judge Lucy Koh has asked CEOs of both companies to sit down and settle the matter once and for all.



The CEOs of the two companies, Tim Cook, CEO of Apple and Gee-Sung Choi, CEO of Samsung, have Agreed to meet in the San Francisco court to make settlement talks within the next 90 days, which will be overseen by the U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph S. Spero.

Regarding the following matter, Apple and Samsung issued theis statement:


"As directed by the Court, Apple and Samsung are both willing to participate in a Magistrate Judge Settlement Conference with Judge Spero as mediator. At Apple, the chief executive officer and general counsel are the appropriate decision-makers, and they will represent Apple during the upcoming settlement discussions. At Samsung, the chief executive officer and general counsel are also the appropriate decision-makers, and they will represent Samsung during these settlement discussions."
