After today's early announcement of Android Market Webmarket going live, there is another company releasing a similar feaeture. We're talking about BlackBerry sending BlackBerry App World 2.1 live for everyone. The update should be rolling over the day. Most of the delopers already have the appropiate SDK since January 5th, so programs using BlackBerry App World 2.1 should be come soon too.

The support for in-app payment matches Google Android's today announcement, but pundits suggest it is not going to be such a hit as Google's move, and considering the number of Android users compared to the one of BlackBerry users, it is sure a fact that RIM's move will not impress too many users. BlackBerry's market is also way tinier than Android's one, so nothing impressive in it either.
