Galaxy S8: News for the Day

23 March, 2017 Samsung

As we have now seen enough leaks, renders and live images to know what to expect on March 29 in the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event which is to be held simultaneously in London and New York, it's time to let you know a few other less known details.

The first rumor suggests that the Galaxy S8 will go on sale via pre-order, right from March 29 in Netherlands. This report is in line with Samsung's previous track record which has historically seen the Korean company putting its flagship handsets on pre-order right from the launch date.
In case you are wondering about when the S8 and the S8+ will actually be reaching customers, we have news on that too. In South Korea at least, reports are suggesting that the two handsets will go on sale starting from April 21. Pre-orders in the region will begin from April 7. If a customer in the country pre-orders either of the handsets, he/she will receive it on April 18.

As far as release dates in other countries are concerned, we are pretty sure that it will range from April 21 - April 28. Are you waiting for the Galaxy S8 or the S8+? Let us know in the comments.
