LG Optimus Q will also be sold in USA
The LG LU2300, announced in South Korea last month, will be sold as LG Optimus Q in the Asian country. The phone should be available starting in the end of May via LG Telecom (South Korean mobile phone carrier). This smartphone is the second LG that uses Android, after the GT540, and it seems there is going to be a whole series of Optimus, most of them based on the same operating system.
Unlike the GT540, which is a touch-screen mobile phone, the new device has a full qwerty keyboard, WVGA AMOLED touchscreen display, 5MP camera and 1GHz processor, based on a Snapdragon chipset. This versions will only be available in the Asian country, but a modified version will also be available in the US via Verizon starting this or next week. The phone will have another name: LG Ally.
