Motorola Droid 2 review

If you like Motorola, then you will like this post too. We will shortly review the new Motorola Droid 2, which looks pretty similar to the first Droid/Milestone. Anyway, a difference that is easy to see is the new qwerty, with arrows like a computer keyboard instead of the joystick from the first Droid. The black body is not so black anymore, it has some dark blue colors now. The most important changes are not the physical one, though, because what they done inside it's pretty impressive.
The Droid 2 is now among the smartphones packing a 1GHz processor (TI OMAP 3630). The benchmark showed an improved performance of the new Droid, compared with the original one, which is pretty normal when you almost double the processor's speed. And not just the processor, but also the RAM. Droid 2 features 512MB RAM, while the first Droid had just half of it. The camera is not changed, is still a 5MP camera, the operating system is the same.
