Sign up to get details on Motorola Droid Froyo update

When Google announced the Android 2.2, people thought first of devices that will get the update as soon as possible and, comparing to how fast Motorola Droid got the Android 2.1 update, it was highly expected to get Froyo fast too. Now, some weeks after Motorola announced Froyo will also run on Droid, they've opened a thread on their forum to sign up for updates about when Android 2.2 will come. You will need a forum account to sign up, but I doubt that's a big problem.
Motorola Droid, which looks awesome in my opinion, is a slider smartphone powered up by a 550MHz processor, packing 256 MB RAM and with 512 MB on board flash memory. It has an 854x480 touchscreen display, 256 ppi and offers a 5.0MP camera with video capabilities (it features geotagging). The device has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, qwerty keyboard, 3-axis accelerometer and digital compass.
