Windows Live Messenger on iPhone available

Windows Live Messenger, one of the most used instant chat in the world is developed by Microsoft, as you probably already know. iPhone App Store it's been online since 2008, that's two years. Now those two combined and developed Windows Live Messenger for the iPhone too. It may have taken two years, but I can easily see this application to become popular. Many other instant messaging services appeared on iPhone (and not just on it) in the last years, such as Meebo, BeeJive, some free, the other paid. Most of them offered support for Windows Live Messenger, but now you won't need them anymore.
Microsoft launched its own application and now you can enjoy the well-known features directly from their application, not through third party softwares. The phone applications is already available on Windows Mobile, and this new development makes us think it will be soon available on Android too. But will it take two years again?
