As announced before, on 17th June (which is today) we should expect Samsung Galaxy S to be shipped to several online retailers and probably some carriers too. If you pre-ordered the smartphone through Expansys, then your shipment should be almost home. And for your information, Expansys still has 50 devices in stock right now. You can buy it and pay immediatly by using PayPal or your credit card. Because the shipments are already being sent, we can say that's the official date Samsung Galaxy S is being released. I'm sure many of you can't wait for the phone to become available at the local carrier.

The Samsung Galaxy S is a phone powered up by a 1GHz processor, with a 1500mAh batteri, a 800x480 touch sensitive Super AMOLED display. The camera is intelligent enough, 5.0MP, digital zoom, touch focus, smile shutter, stop motion, action shot and face recognition. It has also video capabilities (720p) at a 30fps speed. It supports MP4, 3GP, WMV, DivX HD and XviD. Some other specs include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, microUSB, 3.5mm headset jack, aGPS, digital compass and google maps navigation.
