Google has just Updated the stable release of Google Chrome Browser to version 24.0.1312.52 for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome Frame.
The New Update brings some speed improvements, Security fixes, MathML support and update Adobe Flash to (11.5.31.137). Head to "Menu" -> "About Google Chrome" to update.

Who owns a Google TV ? Google has proven itself to be a company that knows when to cut its losses with a product, so that alone makes us feel like Google thinks the set-top box war is one that it can win. Google announced that it will be showing off more Google TV boxes at CES this year, and will be pushing functionality like voice command and the new PrimeTime guide.
Year by year Google TV looks cooler and cooler with the Android UI, but every year it has the same problem as well. There is one big problem with the idea that Google has: cable providers have absolutely no interest in supporting the product.
The new Google TVs are planned to come from traditional hardware partners LG, Visio, and Sony, as well as new partners Asus, Hisense, TCL and others. In addition to pushing the voice command features, there is also a new PrimeTime guide. Check out the Demo Below!
Google Maps for iOS has been pretty big news over the past week. It was released to critical praise, and jumped to the top spot in the iTunes App Store in just 7 hours. The release was so big that there were even reports that Apple execs were "seething" over it all. Well, they aren't likely to be too happy about this news either: Google Maps apparently saw 10 million downloads in its first 2 days on the App Store.

The Update adds Google Now Integration to the Google+ App, also Google added a lockscreen widget do you can check your circles and communities update without unlock your Smartphone, Here is the Full List of Changes:
- New photo capabilities: now with Instant Upload you can back up as much as 5GB of your images. Photo Sphere panoramas are also now viewable on devices running Android 2.2.
- Events and communities: the mobile Google+ application now supports communities. You can also send out messages to individual guests for events.
- Hangouts: Now you only need a 150KB connection to start a hangout! Great news as you might be able to start a hangout even after you run out of your data allowance, on throttled speeds.
- General tweaks: you can now quickly edit your profile, get a gentle notice for new posts and animated emoticons.
Google self-driving car has fascinated our minds with its technological promise since being introduced in 2010. But yesterday, the self-driving car touched our hearts. Google posted a video of the self-driving car taking a legally blind man for a spin, showing one of the possibilities and benefits that could come from the technology.
"Where this would change my life is to give me the independence and the flexibility to go to the places I both want to go and need to go when I need to do those things," - Steve Mahan says.
The self-driving car takes Mahan to Taco Bell for a quick meal and a dry cleaner to pick up his clothes.
"Look, Ma, no hands," Mahan says. "No hands, no feet."
Google said the drive took place on a carefully programmed route and showed one of the possibilities that self-driving cars could offer.
"There is much left to design and test, but we have now safely completed more than 200,000 miles of computer-led driving, gathering great experiences and an overwhelming number of enthusiastic supporters," - Google said in the post

Last year's conference tickets sold out in 28 minutes. Registration plans will be announced in February, so be ready! As for the announcements, we can expect a New Android version probably the Android 5.0 that its name "Kie Lime Pie" was leaked last week by a Google employee.

In an interview with Bloomberg yesterday, Google's Chairman Eric Schmidt said Android is quite clearly winning its war against iOS. Schmidt compared the rivalry between Android and iOS in the mobile OS space to the Microsoft versus Apple debacle 20 years ago.
He also added that now new users are activating more than 1.3 million Android devices a day. In the third quarter alone, Android took 72 percent of the market, while Apple's iOS managed just 14 percent.

Google Maps has officially launched for iOS. The app is available now in the iTunes App Store, and while it is a universal app, it is designed for the iPhone 5, meaning if you decide to install it on an iPad, it will not be optimized. Google Maps for iOS has most of the features you'd expect, and even more interesting it has launched with an SDK.
The app is everything that you'd expect from a Google Maps app. It includes the full range of places, and Street View imagery. It includes voice guided turn-by-turn navigation, vector drawn maps for faster loading and 3D modeling, live traffic info, and public transit directions. It's a full featured Google Maps app.
The only downsides we can see in initial testing is that it doesn't include walking or biking directions, and isn't optimized for the iPad yet. There also is no Google Latitude or offline maps, but we really didn't expect that. Overall, the app is slick and smooth. It even has some features we'd like to see come over to Android like having the top search result show at the bottom, and swiping up on it brings up the entire search results list. Google promised an amazing Maps experience, and it came through with this app.
When Google moved to Smartphones, the company changed the world with its Android operating System. Now Google is looking into bringing its latest innovations from Android Jelly bean to the desktop. It's "Google Now"... Yes, Google is looking to bring the Google now cards to the Chrome browser on all desktops PC/MAC/Chromebooks.
Chrome developers channel revealed this with a bug/issue report, The issue is titled "Creating a skeleton for Google Now for Chrome implementation", which suggests there's more work to be done before Google Now hits Chrome.
According to the description of the issue, Google Now cards will be shown using Desktop Notifications. If you want to get it before any other Chrome users, keep your eyes in the Chrome dev channel Here.
