Samsung Officially launched a New SMART Camera, the Samsung GALAXY Camera for all people who like to take stunning photographs and share them with friends instantly. If you have a Samsung Galaxy device, this camera is the best add-on to your collection.

What you need to know about the Samsung Galaxy Camera is that it has a 16-Megapixel BSI CMOS 1/2.3" sensor, optical image stabilization, 23mm aperture lens, and optics that allow 21x super-zoom for capturing the action as if you were up-close. In case you aren't too skilled of a photographer, the "Smart Pro" technology will help you out with its various shooting modes.

Samsung has just released its first GALAXY Camera with Android OS, Great device to take, Share & edit photos at the same time. we already got the specifications datasheet of the Samsung GALAXY Camera with has Super Clear LCD screen but we wasn't sure it has Gorilla Glass like all GALAXY smartphones or not.

Today, Samsung's Official Press release information confirm that GALAXY Camera has Gorilla Glass 2 layer above the LCD display panel for ultimate protection for the Camera screen.

Samsung GALAXY Camera just stopped by the FCC office, it looks like AT&T will be the preferred carrier for this 16MP shooter if it makes it to market with the current specifications listed in the filing.

The Android 4.1 Jelly Bean powered camera is equipped to handle HSPA on both 850 and 1900MHz, which is what AT&T uses in the US. The SAR report did not indicate the presence of LTE, but that is not to say we may not see it in the future with a different version of the device.

AT&T has just announced the pricing and availability of the Samsung GALAXY Camera o the US. The point-and-shoot snapper with Android smartphone underpinnings will be available for purchase on November,16th for $499.99. The price will remain the same with or without an AT&T data plan.

Samsung is now Rolling-out the Official Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung GALAXY Camera, the Korean first digital camera under the branding "Galaxy", The update started with the United Kingdom today and will continue seeding to other regions.

The main feature of the update that it brings some Performance improvements and a New Gallery GUI.

The update is available via Samsung KIES. The Galaxy Camera features a 4.8" Super Clear LCD of 720 x 1280 pixels resolution, a 16.3 MP sensor with 21x of optical zoom and a pop up Xenon flash.
