Rumors about HTC's Next flagship device has started spreading today, its codename is "M7". HTC will include its latest technology and hardware into this device as its trying to push it out to the markets before Samsung release the Galaxy S IV.
HTC M7 is also rumored to be the first device to pack a Quad-core Tegra 4 chip, the device will be out by Q1,2013.
According to the NVIDIA Tegra road map, the Tegra 4 CPU will be shipping by Q1, 2013 about the same time as the M7 which confirm the rumor. The Tegra 4 Wayne will be an ARM Cortex-15 based chip that NVIDIA says will be "twice as powerful" as the Tegra 3. The first Tegra 4 chips will feature the same 4+1 processor design as the Tegra 3, and it will be clocked at 1.8GHz, so we're hoping for a solid bump in the GPU with the Tegra 4.
