We haven't even seen the HTC Smart 1 yet, but HTC has already leaked info on the HTC smart 2. According to CellPassion, they have received some info regarding to the HTC Smart 2 Device, Smart 2 will be more or less similar to the Smart (pictured here) with the exception that it will feature Wi-Fi and an Office suite with an option to edit documents and spreadsheets.
The Smart2 is expected to be announced in the next couple of months at below Rs 10,000. We have been using the Smart for a couple of months now and were impressed with its overall features and performance. It has the best user interfaces and touchscreen in phones retailing south of Rs 10,000, though we were a bit disappointed with the lack of apps for the device on Airtel's App Central.
With high demand for cheap touchphones, HTC definitely considering more cheaper smartphone like the smart1 and smart2.
