MyTouch 3G SlideT-Mobile officially announced MyTouch 3G Slide will be available to buy from 2nd of June. In June, which has the potential to be a very delightful month of new mobile phones, there will also be available mobile phones as HTC Evo 4G, Palm Pixi Plus or iPhone 4G. MyTouch 3G Slide will be available worldwide starting 16th June. The smartphone will cost $179 with $50 rebate and contract, but it will not be able to compete with HTC Evo 4G, for example, which will cost just around $20 more, having also many other features.

MyTouch 3G Slide has a 3.4 HVGA inch display, runs Android 2.1, has Wi-Fi, GPS, 8 GB memory card in the box, 4-row qwerty keyboard and a 5MP autofocus camera. I really dislike the kind of qwerty the new MyTouch 3G Slide offers, because if I want a keyboard on my phone, then I definitely want it as on my computer. The top row is awful and that's another reason why I wouldn't buy this new device.

MyTouchLately, T-Mobile was putting lots of money into Android (so into MyTouch series), and the German provider is preparing a surprise for their users next month, on 19th June. "STAY TUNED - THIS WILL BE BIG" - says T-Mobile, and as we learned, capital letters mean excitement or happiness. Or both. We don't know what T-Mobile is planning, but they are preparing somethin, because they make a great deal out of this. Add 19th June to your calendar! Something "BIG" will happen then regarding MyTouch

Robert DotsonAfter 15 years into the office of T-Mobile, Robert Dotson, CEO of the German mobile telephone provider resigns from his job to let his successor, Phillip Humm to get used to the system until May 2011, when the official move will take place. Dotson helped Android a lot, his company being the first which released an Android phone.

Mr. Dotson proves how respected he is in the company with this move, because the future CEO is allowed to have a one-year transition period alongside the former one, to learn the ins and outs of this job.

MyTouch 3G SlideIf you've been waiting too long for the new MyTouch Slide 3G, then your waiting period is over today. The smartphone designed by HTC has been made available at T-Mobile for just $179.99 on a two-year deal and after a $50 mail-in rebate. Off-contract the device would cost around $430, but I doubt there is someone out there available to pay this amount of money for the new MySlide 3G.

The phone was unveiled on 4th May and started being available today in the United States. We have no idea when is the phone going to be available in Europe because there are not any given informations about it.

The device is powered up by a 600MHz Qualcomm processor, packs up 512 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM and has a 3.4" HVGA, 320x480 px display. It packs a 5.0MP camera with autofocus and LED flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 512 MB flash memory and microSD slot (can support up to 32GB) and weighs 164.4 g.

X10 MiniThink of a nice smartphone you can buy. Let's say HTC Evo 4G, iPhone 4 or Nokia N97. And don't forget the Sony Ericsson elite. Let's talk about the X10 mini for now. You like it? Cool. You want it? Nice. You will have the option to purchase it in UK from various carriers, like O2, T-Mobile or Orange. Carphone warehouse is selling the device for free (!) with monthly plans starting from £15. The mini can also be bought for £249.99 off-contract, but you will probably prefer to purchase it with this offer.

The first Android phone from the Sony Ericsson series is the X10, while the X10 mini is a version that brings up the same features, but the handset is not so big. It's just the same thing with Nokia N97 and Nokia N97 mini. It's powered up by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, packs 384 MB RAM and has Bluetooth, aGPS and Wi-Fi.

The phone can be bought on free from Carphone Warehouse and this offer is only available in the UK with Orange, T-Mobile, O2 and Vodafone.

Apollo

Samsung's brand new handset, Galaxy Apollo, is heading to UK, according to different sources. They also say the phone is going to be found in T-Mobile's stores in the United Kingdom this August. Sure, the phone is not coming with so many features as other Samsung devices, but on a lower deal than the three-year deal, this device can be bough at a fair price. Maybe people are looking at the Apollo as a solution to this problem. The phone can also be bought on a two-year deal, and the price is affordable.

Apollo will probably also be sold under several agreements, but they may want to push it as a cheap device to attract more people.

T-Mobile announced through a press release that they are going to release the Samsung Galaxy S 4G later this month. There's no sign of a price tag, so we will not estimate, but get ready to pay more than $150 for it and tie you up on a minimum two-year deal with the company. This version of the handset is an upgraded version of the Samsung Vibrant.

Samsung Galaxy S 4G

The phone runs Android 2.2 Froyo and will be powered up by a Samsung 1 GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird processor. It will feature an ST-Ericsson M5720 HSPA + 4G modem enabling downloads at speeds of up to 21 MB/second. The camera is a 5MP one and the memory card of 16GB comes as pre-installed.

T-Mobile PulseWe don't know too much about T-Mobile's Pulse, but if there is something to know, then we found out T-Mobile Hungary's smartphone got Android 2.1 update this week. If you want to update yourself the operating system, then you can download it directly from T-Mobile Hungary's website. There are also instructions there, so it will not be so difficult.

Don't forget! With any update you make, it's veri possible you will lose all the data you have. Don't forget to backup all your files before starting to update the operating system. And another thing: once you will update your smartphone to Android 2.1, you will never be able to revert to Android 1.5 again. We know you wouldn't do that, but who knows?

Huawei, the manufacturer of the phone, released it in Octomber 2009, and the phone features a 528 MHz processor, 192 MB SDRAM, 320x480 screen and a 3.2 MP camera, autofocus included. The phone has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB micro-B and A-GPS.

T-MobileWe have heard some time ago T-Mobile is preparing a big surprise for us on 19th June, and we speculated it's going to be the release of Android 2.2 Froyo or the release of the Samsung Galaxy S. Well, it's neither of them. Not even a release of any other smartphone. They've said it's big, and it is. On 19th June you get EVERY mobile phone you want for free, as long as you sign up a new family plan contract. This surprise is because of the Father's day.

Think about getting every smartphone you want for free, just as long as you sign a contract you would anyway sign when buying a smartphone. That's a ncie gift for Father's day. There are, anyway, plenty of questions about this plans too. What happens with the ones that want to renew and add a line? The plan will be Even More or Even More Plus?

There was also made a commercial about this offer, so it seems T-Mobile want to attract many new potential users to them, because with such a nice offer, why wouldn't you feel attracted to it?

Motorola Milestone XT720It was rumored some time agon, but now it seems more and more the new Motorola Milestone XT720 will be available at T-Mobile when it will come to the United States. Besides this Motorola, Samsung Galaxy S and myTouch 3G Slide will also be available at T-Mobile, and they may want to promote those three mobile phones as their highest products. Having those three smartphones available soon, it seems T-Mobile becomes an important player on the Android-based-smartphones market.

Motorola Milestone XT720 is a high-definition video recording device, with HDMI and Wi-Fi connectivity, with a 3.7 inch touch screen and also packing an 8MP camera with Xenon flash, all included in a thin, elegant design. It's one of the world slimmest Android phones, supports 3G, has a standby time up to 320 hours, includes a 3.5mm headset jack and a Webkit Full HTML5 Browser.

myTouch 3G SlideHere's a short review of the T-Mobile's new device, myTouch 3G Slide, an upgrade of the original myTouch released some time ago. Some of the specs are slide out keyboard and a 5MP camera. The phone would cost $179 with contract at T-Mobile. The smartphone offers lots of social media connectiviry and works with Android 2.1. Unfortunately the device is a bit slow and a little big.

The MyModes features allow you to upgrade the look of the handset, but does it really matter while the phone has a bad plastic phone case. This is probably bringing you all your friends together, with Twitter and Facebook closer to you than ever. The myTouch 3G Slide is an entry-level phone which has a good quality. HTC worked closely with T-Mobile to create a unique Android experience for the user, and they seem to have managed it. MyTouch 3G Slide is the handset that proves it.

MyTouch 3G Slide runs Android 2.1, was released on 2nd June, is powered up by a 600MHz Qualcomm processor and packs up 512 MB ROM and 512 MB RAM. It has a 320x480 display (HVGA), is multi-touch capacitive and has ambient light sensors. The 5.0MP camera has autofocus and LED flash. If has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, aGPS and weighs 164.5g.

Smartphones

T-Mobile is not technically allowed to pitch the HSPA+ network as 4G, but their speed is actually better than Sprint's, which claims they have 4G now. T-Mobile officially announced 4G speends in 15 cities, including Los Angeles or New York, two of the most interesting and, pay attention, visited by tourists cities in the United States. Besides those two, there is also 4G speed in Philadelphia, Las Vegas and Memphis, and also in Atlanta, Houston, Seattle, Tampa, Orlando, Pittsburgh, Greensbro, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, New Orleans or Charleston.

Anyway, not all the devices will make a good pair with the network's new speed. Old phone won't probably work. Some of the devices that will work are Behold II, myTouch, myTouch 3G Slide, Garminfone, G1, CLIQ and HD2. T-Mobile is also offerin right new their HSPA+ USB stick in all T-Mobile spots.
