Lg Dare Overview
These are the spec\'s of the Lg Dare (VX-9700) One of the biggest features of this phone is the Camera! A great 3.2 MP (Megapixel) with auto-focus camera with face detection. VGA-resolution video captrue up to 120 fps, very slow high quality shots. Some other great features that stand out, EVDO Rev A data, stereo Bluetooth, memory card slot, and GPS Navigation and Touch screen with handwriting recognition
Main Specs
The weight of this phone is 3.76 oz, little heavier than some phones but its sturdy! The dimensions are 4.1\"x2.2\"x0.5\" (104 x 56 x 12.7 mm) it may be a little big but its all screen and fits in the palm of your hand. Internal Atenna (Bar), Battery on standby is 360 hours on standby MAX, Talking on the phone its 4.7 hours MAX its a 1100 mAh Lilon battery (Included other battery\'s sold separetly) The display is A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!! A LCD Resolution of 240 x 400 pixels, a 3\" diagonal sized screen! Color\'s are beyond expectations 18 bit. OS, well sorta, Brew, it\'s not really a OS but it\'s the only thing we can see. Memory 148 MB for user usage. Phonebook capacity 1000, lots of friends. Processor I have no clue and can\'t find any reliable resources.
Photo & Video Resolution of 3.5 megapixel schneider-kreuznach lens, LED flash, face detection, scene modes, panorama, self-time, brightness, white balance, night mode, ISO controls image editor. It is streaming video compatible just that they haven\'t released anything to stream. (Blame Verizon!) Video Capture is up to 1 hour upt o VGA resoluion/upto 120 fps for slow-motion playback.
Music I found this quite good not so choppy except when changing to the next song by skipping. 3.5mm (standard) headphone jack located on top. The music player supports Mp3, WMA, AAC, AAC+ does not support DRM-protected AAC formats/equalizer, playlists. The album art thing is tricky maybe I\'ll have a tutorial or a video of how to do it.
Messaging Email Client Protocols Supported Yahoo! Mail, Windows Live Mail, AOL, AIM, Verizon.net. MMS (Pix Messages) Text Messaging 2 way Text messaging Templates yep they got that too.
Accessiblity Adjustable Text Size for menues, messaging, and dialing after that your on your own. Hearing aid compatible M3 and T3. Languages Supported English and Spanish so if your learning spanish you can get use to using this.
Connectivity
Supported profiles HSP, HFP 1.5, DUN, OPP, FTP, PBA, A2DP, AvRC, BIP, and BPP 1.2, (HID) version 2.1 + EDR. Pc syncs and you can connect through USB too with a built-in microUSB connector with charging.
GPS The GPS is A-GPS supports LBS, S-GPS/supports VZ Navigator with turn-by-turn directions.
Other
Polyphonic ringtones and vibrate, picture Id, ringer Id, Voice Dialing, and favorites list. Custom Graphics, Custom Ringtons, and Real-music ringers. Full HTML Browser, and a full keyboard when tilted.

I just love this website it is fun easy and addicting to look around! So far I made an account and been messing around. I made my profile and uploaded a picture. Look through the blogs and found some friends. Found some real cool features like videos and arcade, maybe I'll have some reviews coming up on the dare, including hacks and other junk. As you can tell I'm addicted to hacking! :P
