Before any confusion is created, let me clear things out by saying that we are talking about the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 here and not the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 or any other new Note device. "FE" will reportedly stand for "Fan Edition," according to rumors and leaks, but this is the same Galaxy Note 7 from 2016 which we fell in love with first, but learned to fear later on. Thankfully (and hopefully!) it will not only feature a completely different battery from the ones that started to catch fire, but will actually be a smaller 3,200mAh cell just to be extra safe.

Those of us that loved the smartphone and are enjoying the idea that it will be re-released with a 30% price-cut in certain regions, will feel safer knowing that the "new" Note 7 handsets might feature a "R" mark at the bottom right corner to indicate that it is indeed a refurbished device (meaning safe). None of this has yet been confirmed by Samsung as expected, but check out the photos and you will feel pretty convinced that the news reports are on point.

@OnLeaks and PriceBaba have jointly released a leaked smartphone render which will allegedly be Samsung's first foray into the world of dual camera modules. It isn't the Galaxy Note 8 (which will almost certainly sport a very powerful dual camera module), but instead, it's the rumoured Galaxy C10 (SM-C9100) and C10 Plus (SM-C9150/SM-C9158). Rumors were already predicting that Samsung might expand their Galaxy C line-up further with the C10, but this almost confirms it, given the reliable reputation of the leakster.

The fingerprint sensor seems to be at the front of the device, along with the traditional Home button. The dual camera is of course the highlight of the render, which seems to be in a landscape arrangement; that is one above the other, instead of being side-by-side. Other features seem pretty standard with an USB Type-C port, a headphone jack, loudspeaker, microphone, volume rockers and a power button. Interestingly enough, we are also seeing the Bixby button, but we will have to wait and see if Samsung actually decides to stick with it. You will find the video and the images in the article and after you have taken a good look, do let us know what your thoughts are.

Although both phones are yet to be officially confirmed, Samsung has unwittingly (or was it?) established that all those rumors were true and the J5 (2017) and J7 (2017) are indeed coming.

The information was leaked after Samsung mentioned the Galaxy J3 (2017), J5 (2017), J7 (2017), the entire Galaxy A series, the Galaxy S6 series, the Galaxy S7 series and the Galaxy S8 series on their South Korean website. It's basically a page which details Samsung's Kid Mode feature and while listing all the devices that are compatible with the feature, those two unannounced phones were mentioned, confirming their existence unofficially. Unfortunately, now news has yet been revealed as to when the thw latest iteration of the J series will start to hit markets.

If you are not familiar with the Galaxy J-series, it's a low to mid-range series released mostly in certain Asian and African countries until now. However, this year around, you might see the Galaxy J3 (2017) make its way into US and Europe as well.

In accordance with their earlier announcement that they are going to present an industry-first stretchable OLED panel at the SID 2017, Samsung has just unveiled a 9.1-inch stretchable AMOLED panel that's built on LTPS (Low Temperature PolySilicon) technology. In addition to being stretchable, the display was fully capable of supporting multitouch as expected. Samsung is already the market leader in AMOLED panel manufacturing and this latest piece of tech further cements the Korean company's name on the top of the list.

The documents accompanying the display states a lot of details about the panel, but the highlight is the ability of the display to be stretched both in concave and convex designs. This leads us to the most important question of them all; what will Samsung be using it for? Will we be seeing a tablet sporting that remarkable panel anytime soon? Well, the answers to those questions remain a mystery for now because nothing of the sort was revealed by Samsung. Nevertheless, it will probably be a while before Samsung brings the technology to consumers. Then again, maybe we will see something revolutionary from the tech giant sooner than anybody thinks.

The Galaxy S9 and S9+ will reportedly have the code names Star and Star 2. We know that it's too early to predict all this, but that's what The Bell from Korea is telling us anyway! Apparently Samsung is already in the process of developing the device, although it should ideally be more focussed on developing the Note 8; a smartphone that has a lot riding on it.

If you are wondering if the report spilled the beans on any other information regarding next year's flagship, we will have to disappoint you on that front because this is about the extent of the report so far. However, they did mention that Samsung is working on an even better Infinity display than the ones sported by the S8 and S8+ currently; something that is as obvious as it should be. We are more interested to hear about the Galaxy Note 8 and its fantastic set of cameras, which will reportedly put even the iPhone 7 Plus and the upcoming iPhone 8 to shame!
