Google just released a New Hangouts App for Chrome Browsers and Chrome OS for Desktops. The App packs many UI changes (than the old extension) it also packs floating chats similar to Facebook's Chatheads feature, but for your desktop.
The premise is simple as the demo video below shows, a Hangouts bubble floats on the side of your desktop, opened from Google's Chrome app launcher, and subsequent conversations float above that. Users can click and hold to drag the bubble around and manage/participate in chats just like on the web.
Native app experience. Hangouts runs in the background and notifies you of new messages and incoming calls with animated notifications. Launch Hangouts from the Start menu, have it pinned on your taskbar and switch apps using Alt+Tab. Download it to your Desktop Chrome from Here!

LG brought out what will certainly be one of the most innovative products at the CES 2015, the curved LG G Flex2. It's more compact and more powerful than its predecessor, more curved and heals faster.
Starting off with the display, LG's homemade P-OLED tech has improved over the last year and the new screen has 1080p resolution (up from just 720p). Meanwhile the screen diagonal has shrunken a bit to the more manageable 5.5" (down from 6").
The screen is protected by an LG-developed glass cover that is said to be 20% more durable than Gorilla Glass 3. The back has a special self-healing coating LG marked a massive improvement by cutting the heal time from 3 minutes to just 10 seconds at room temperature. Check the video below to see it in live action.
Anyway, the LG G Flex2 will be the most powerful device for a while it will be the first to bring Snapdragon 810 in consumer hands and it only renders at 1080p (not QHD!). The phone will launch with Android 5.0 Lollipop and 2GB RAM. For storage there's 16GB or 32GB, plus a microSD card.

Samsung is rumored to launch its New Note 5 series later this year (September,2015). We have some confirmed and unconfirmed reports regarding the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy Note 5 Edge Specifications, Design and components. Here's what we know so far...
Galaxy Note 5 Design & Variants
The New Note 5 series is expected to launch in two variants (Regular and Edge). Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Edge will pack a dual-edge display, both variants will have the same design as the Galaxy S6 with the same front and back Gorilla Glass 4 panels, metal frame and unibody.
Galaxy Note 5 Hardware
We already reported before that Samsung Mobile has already began mass production of a 20nm 4GB LPDDR4 Mobile DRAM memory chips. Using the 20nm manufacturing process, these LPDDR4 chips will be reportedly 50% faster than the fastest LPDDR3 memory chips on the market and consuming 40% less power (1.1 volts) too.
These 4GB Ram chips will be Available by Late 2015 and it's reported that the Galaxy Note 5 will pack the same LPDDR4 4GB Ram chips.
The Note 5 is expected to pack the New USB Type-C which is a cable with both ends are the same, allowing for reversible plug orientation. You also don't need to worry about plugging it in upside down. In terms of speed, it's much faster than any USB 3 cable.
Galaxy Note 5 Software
The device will launch with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Out-of-the-box packing Material Design TouchWiz UI. It will indeed get an update to Android M by early next year (2016). Android M will bring lots of UI improvements and New Features that you can Check them out HERE.
Galaxy Note 5 Display
According to the latest reports, Samsung will start manufacturing Ultra HD Super AMOLED display panels with a resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels for Galaxy Note 5. Samsung's Semiconductor and Display Technology leaked road-map workshop last year hinted again at having higher-resolution UHD smartphone displays in the pipeline for late 2015.
These panels will use "diamond pixel", a non-standard pixel matrix arrangement that is closer to PenTile, packing a 762ppi pixel density nobody would notice the individual pixels on the screen anyway.
Galaxy Note 5 Price
As always, The Korean giant flagship Phablet will have a flagship price as well. The Note 5 is expected to launch with a Price tag starts from $899 and Note 5 Edge variant with a Price tag starts from $999, kindly note that these prices will varry from market to market.
Galaxy Note 4 Release Date
Looking at Samsung's unpacked events date in the past 3 years, we can surely expect the Galaxy Note 5 to launch sometimes during the period between (September - October 2015). The Korean giant will held a 2nd episode of it's 2015 Unpacked event for the Note 5 and will probably unveil a New Galaxy Gear VR and Gear Smartwatch.
Today, Samsung has officially announced that its next Galaxy UNPACKED 2015 event will be held on August 13th at Lincoln Center in New York. We will provide a link for the Live Stream of the event via YouTube in the next few days.
The Invitation sent (photo above) hints for the Galaxy Note 5 dual-edge curved screen. Samsung is also preparing to launch the Galaxy S6 edge+ as well.
We have all the details for both device leaked Here. Stay tuned for info as we are getting close to the launch date.
It is finally here, the First Official Press render of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ has been leaked online.
The photo shows a The Galaxy Note 5 with its new stylus, similar shape and design of the S6 but wider. The image also shows the new official wallpaper of the TouchWiz on the latest Android 5.1.1 build that will be pre-installed on the Note 5 devices.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ photo render doesn't show anything new it terms of design, except a thinner bezels in the sides, but we can expect a boost in the device's hardware specs. Both device is expected to launch on Samsung's upcoming Unpacked event on August,13th. Stay tuned!
Samsung has just announced the Galaxy Note5 (5th Generation Galaxy Note). In this one, Samsung has dropped plastic completely for a metal and glass follow-up to the Galaxy S6. The bezels around the 5.7" screen are narrower, the phablet itself is almost a millimeter thinner making it easier to hold in the hand.
The Super AMOLED screen has QHD resolution as before, but the way it interacts with the S Pen stylus has been revamped. The stylus is clickable, though that only serves to get it out of its sheath. Once you do, you can start immediately taking a note even when the screen is "off" (with AMOLED the distinction is small).
As of the Specs, the Galaxy Note5 has 4GB of RAM, up from 3GB on both the Note 4 and Galaxy S6. This gives apps more playroom, but the Exynos 7420 chipset will have an even bigger impact it's currently the fastest mobile chipset on the market, Samsung didn't even need to overclock it as new competition is yet to catch up.
Storage is based on the fast UFS 2.0 standard. While it outruns regular eMMC 5.0 storage, data hoarders have been locked out of expanding the memory the base model has 32GB, you can upgrade to 64GB and that's it. No microSD slot, no 128GB option.
The camera is a 16MP sensor behind a wide f/1.9 aperture, plus optical image stabilization and auto real-time HDR. It can record 2160p video or livestream 1080p to YouTube. For selfies you get a 5MP sensor and an f/1.9 aperture. Samsung has updated the audio department with Ultra High Quality Audio, which promises "richer" sound. This feature will work over Bluetooth with new compatible Level On headphones.
The Galaxy Note5 checks wireless all boxes, but a highlight is Samsung Pay, which works over NFC or MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission). Pay will launch in the US in September so it will be ready when Note5 arrive in users' hands. Much like the storage, the battery has been sealed off. What's more the capacity dropped to 3,000mAh. Samsung is counting on Fast Charging both wired and wireless!
The Samsung Galaxy Note5 will be available for pre-order today, coming in Black Sapphire, White Pearl, Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium. It will be available in the US on August 21st, with pre-orders starting today. You can go for a hands-on as soon as tomorrow in 7,000 locations across the US. Pricing will be announced by the carriers.
As always, everytime when Samsung releases new flagship phones, it always includes a new TouchWiz UI version with it along with some amazing cool wallpapers. Both Galaxy Note5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ launched with a two colorful cool stock wallpapers.
We have those Two official Stock Wallpapers Available for Download in 1080 x 1920 resolution, they are not QHD though! But we promise to post the Full stock Wallpapers packages of both devices in QHD resolution very soon.
Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ earlier yesterday, Choosing between two phablet devices with the same performance specs (Octa-core 4GB), display size (5.7") and resolution (QHD). However, in the same time they are two very different devices with distinct target audiences.
It's no wonder then that picking one of the two is a tough call, which mostly hangs on whether you'd ever think of using the S Pen. It would appear, though, that there's more to consider, as Chrissy Teigen will quickly have you convinced in the video below.
Having a model talk about smartphones certainly brings a fresh perspective, and surprised as you may be, she does appreciate the S Pen. Ultimately, though, she goes for the Galaxy S6 edge+, and we suspect that "Pippa" might have had a say on the matter.
As we promised here's the Full official stock Wallpapers Package of the New Samsung Galaxy Note5 with an updated TouchWiz UI version (Android 5.1.1 Lollipop).
The Wallpapers was taken directly from Note5 system dump, they are all in QHD resolution of 2560 x 2560 and about 3-4 MB each, they are scrollable and will look great on any screen. Download the full package or choose the one you like from the Google Drive Download Link below. Enjoy!

The original One Mini was launched back in 2013 shortly after the original One M7. Considering the newer One Mini isn't getting the update, it's no surprise that the older one isn't either. However, this is rather unbecoming of a company to launch phones under the flagship brand name and then just leave them out in the cold later when it comes to updates.
