Only a few weeks ago, back in November 2019, OnePlus rolled out its first operating system update for its flagship smartphones OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T. The update included an upgrade of OS with several software-related features that improved the performance and gesture navigation system of the device. The device now supports full-screen gestures and other gestures including inward swipes from the left or right edge of the screen to go back and a bottom navigation bar to allow switching left or right for recently used apps.

OnePlus has a reputation for early OS update schedule as compared to other major smartphone manufacturers. However, the early doesn't mean the smooth transition. The last update rolled out for the OnePlus 7 and 7T were riddled with security issues and bugs, which were fixed later on with the help of security patches and minor fixes.

After this year's flagship, it was turn for the last year's flagship devices - OnePlus 6 and 6T from the year 2018. The first update was quick, but it also appeared to have some issues and bugs. The customers gave their feedback and OnePlus listened to it. The second update which was early in the December addressed some of these complaints on an urgency basis. The third update is an attempt to cover what was left unresolved in the second update.

Despite the bugs and fixes, the company's early and appropriate response shows how serious the company considers its consumers. In an industry, where not manufacturers take updates seriously, OnePlus is doing it. Even it is not ready to give on the one-year-old devices. Meanwhile, very old devices like OnePlus 3 and 3T got their last security update. Last year, the company stated, "As per the OnePlus software maintenance schedule, OnePlus 3 and 3T will be getting regular OTA updates till November of 2018 and 1 year of extended Android security patches. "

OnePlus has a reputation for mid-range smartphones but after years of keeping its budget-conscious consumers happy, the company is now moving to premium high-end flagships. OnePlus 8 Pro is its latest premium flagship smartphone starting at $899. It is one of the most expensive phones in the market right now even though it hasn't crossed the $1000 price line yet. OnePlus has been keen on its design, visual changes, and material choices. It even unveiled a concept phone that aims to showcase their evolving proficiency in colors, material, and final look and feel. With the OnePlus 8 Pro, the company decided to finally go for wireless charging, implementing its new 30-watt wireless warp charge, and finally adding rationality to their decision of using the fragile backing material.

Last year's model, the OnePlus 7 was considerably larger than what any user would consider comfortable. The OnePlus 8 Pro has similar weight and dimensions, but it's slightly narrow and taller. However, the display area is 6.67" diagonally to 6.68". The company opted for a punch hole at the top of the screen at its front side. This is interesting as compared to the last generation when OnePlus 7 Pro has a true full-screen display, free of instructions. Some users might find teardrop cutout in the top-center of the screen less intrusive than any hole punch.

The OnePlus 8 Pro also has new display features such as motion processing, adaptive display white balance, and SDR-to-HDR up-mapping. OnePlus partnered with a company called Pixelworks for these features, and there is a dedicated display processor in the OnePlus 8 Pro that handles them. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a 12MP camera that results in very sharp edges, and the image processing favors aggressively high contrast and saturation. The front-facing camera is really good even in low-light conditions. However, the result may not come as the best as compared to the other rival's cameras. The handset comes with the latest OxygenOS addition with a new dark mode.

OnePlus is ready to release its next smartphone OnePlus Z that falls under the upper mid-range category. It could be a flagship killing phone with high-end features without getting the user ripped. Recently, the OnePlus 8 Pro was released, but it is slightly more expensive than regular OnePlus phones as it is priced at $899. So far the company manages to keep the prices of their smartphones at the lower cap while providing some premium features.

Initially, there were rumors about OnePlus 8 lite, and the name did make some sense. But on April 14, the OnePlus 8 series was introduced without any lite variant of the phone. In late March, phone tipster Max Weinbach tweeted that OnePlus would adopt a new name for its budget phone; the OnePlus Z. In the past, the company sold a lower-cost variant of its flagship phone after branding it as OnePlus X. The OnePlus Z might be the next phone according to the tradition of the company.

Another leak suggests from the Max J on Twitter, OnePlus Z might be launched in July 2020. He also tweeted an image along with the release date leak. It is unclear if that image is coming from OnePlus itself or some graphic designer created this image according to the leaks available so far, but we may expect that the device might debut later in the year. There might be some delay in the launch of the phone, as many other phones got delayed, due to the coronavirus situation.

Earlier leaks suggest that the OnePlus 8 lite will be around $499, but we don't know if this is the price for OnePlus Z as well. The same online store that leaked about its earlier prices, called Giztop has shown off some specs and prices for OnePlus' upcoming phones. There might be a paid difference of $50 to $100 between the OnePlus Z and the OnePlus 8 if the earlier one needs to be a budget-friendly variant. Rumors suggest that the phone will feature a 6.4-inch display, with front-camera on the top. The phone will use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 765G system-on-a-chip. That's a mid-range processor that features a faster clock speed for the chipset's main core, plus more graphics improvements. The phone will have a 4,000mAh battery with wired charging.

We are months away from the Google Pixel 5 release date, and we don't know if Google would launch the phone in Fall, as usual, it does, or COVID-19 pandemic pushes the release date even further, as it did with many smartphones this year. But we know enough to start building on a foundation for the description of the phone and its specs. As such we are sure that the phone will be called the Google Pixel 5 and Google Pixel 5XL. However, there could be some changes this year's Pixels when it comes to specs and design. Due to the pandemic, we are still hoping for October as the launch month of the device.

We have not expected a dramatic change in the design of the phone, although, Google may redesign the camera module. Usually, every new phone has at least these two new features - the latest Qualcomm 800-series processor and the latest version of the Android operating system. So, we can safely bet that Google Pixel 5 will land with the Android 11 stable version, and might have this year's latest processor - Snapdragon 865. A few rumors suggest that the phone will house a more mid-range processor and our best guess is Snapdragon 765 or 768G.

Outside of the processor, though, we can be relatively assured Google won't downgrade other established specs of Pixel phones. That means you can safely expect at least 6GB of RAM, at least 64GB of storage, at least a dual-lens rear camera, wireless charging, an IP68 rating, etc.
It's also safe to assume that the battery capacity of the Google Pixel 5 and Google Pixel 5 XL will increase, hopefully by a significant margin. The aforementioned behind-the-scenes drama of the Pixel team strongly suggests that the battery life of the Pixel 4 was a contentious topic, which leads us to believe much bigger batteries are on the way. At this point, if Google doesn't do that, it might as well hang the Pixel line out to dry. A very strong source has confirmed that Google is going to sell the Pixel 5 for $699 as a starting price.

OnePlus has officially come up with the upcoming smartphone in the budget category. The phone costs less than $500 and called Nord. It won't just another smartphone in the market as it will comprise a range of devices that mark the affordability. The phone is getting released to the UK, European, and Indian markets. The Nord phone is going to be the first phone of a new series line that will make the premium OnePlus experience accessible for more users. The device was initially rumored to be called as OnePlus 8 lite and OnePlus Z, but the company decided to settle for OnePlus Nord.

 

The company is focusing on ‘never-settle' spirit and creating some of the best product lines for its consumers, but it is also about challenging ourselves and going beyond our comfort zone, said OnePlus founder and CEO Pete Lau. He further added, "We are immensely proud of our flagship products and will continue to create more tech-leading flagships for our users. Now we are excited to share the OnePlus experience with even more users around the world through this new product line. OnePlus also confirmed, via its Instagram channel, that 100 units of its new smartphone will be available to order at 9 am BST (4 am EDT, 1 am PDT) on July 1.

OnePlus launched its affordable handset back in 2015 and since then it hasn't introduced any budget-friendly phone. So, far there isn't much information on the device. A few leaks are about its camera and processing chips. According to the rumors, the OnePlus Nord is designed to feature a dual-facing camera system that includes a 32MP lens for the primary camera and an 8MP depth-sensor camera lens in a punch-hole cutout in the corner of the display. The other leaks suggest a device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset, 6GB of Ram, and a 6.65-inch display screen with three cameras at the rear side. A limited batch of 100 pre-orders are set to open on July 1, so we should have a better idea of the final price by then.

There have been lots of hype around OnePlus new affordable phone - OnePlus Nord. A phone that promises a lot with a relatively smaller price. The new OnePlus Nord was rumored to offer a similar Android experience as any premium phone probably would provide, but at a lower price. The OnePlus Nord hasn't skipped an essential ingredient of a successful phone - a bright AMOLED display, a bigger battery, and multiple cameras. With its other series elevated to the flagship-tier, consumers were asking for a budget-friendly phone for many years, and now, we finally have it.

 

The phone falls into the sub Rs. 30,000 category and needed something to compete with the same category phones like Vivo's X50 series and Realme's X3. OnePlus Nord is the start of more budget-oriented series, and the company had established this even from the design and feel of its new phone's box. Instead of its typical red long boxes, the phone comes in a relatively compact black box with a large branding name on top of it.

 

Inside the box, you will find a new silicone case, red Type-c cable, 30T charger, and a SIM eject pin. The OnePlus Nord is much lighter than it looks like, and this is something you might notice even when holding it for the first time. The phone has a glossy finish look with a marble blue color. The camera cutout in the display and the positioning of the rear camera to the left is similar to how Realme X50 5G has placed their camera system.

OnePlus Nord has an AMOLED display with a 6.44-inch display and a Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. You also get an in-display fingerprint sensor, which works well. The OnePlus Nord features a Snapdragon 765G octa-core SoC. The phone is available in three variants - with 8GBRAM/128GB storage, the 12GBRAM/256GB storage, and an India exclusive variant with 6GBRAM/64GB storage.

 

The phone has a 4,115mAh battery which supports Warp charge 30T fast charging. Other features include NFC, dual-SIM support, and dual-band Wi-Fi. The rear camera is of 48-megapixel with optical image stabilization. The other cameras on the rear side are an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 5-megapixel depth camera lens.

Although, it's been only a few months since the iPhone 12 came on the market. Apple is already working to release its next flagship smartphone - the iPhone 13. It is expecting to include four different models - the iPhone 13, the iPhone 13 mini, the iPhone 13 Pro, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max. But when can we expect Apple to release its next phone?

 

Apple hasn't said anything on the release date, but based on Apple's release history, we can predict when the company will launch the iPhone 13 series. While the pandemic has caused some uncertainty, tech companies adopt virtual events instead of keeping delaying the release. We can expect to get a first look at the iPhone 13 at an event somewhere in September. It is too early to suggest that whether this launch event will be conducted online or have some physical presence.

 

A few years ago, CNET came up with a compiled Labor Day hypothesis. Based on the 2021 calendar, the Labor day rule would put the September Apple event and the unveiling of the iPhone 13 on September 8 with a September 17 release date. We don't know if this true, until Apple announces an event, and shows off the phone.

 

iPhone 13 is rumored to have a 120Hz always-on display that could make it easier to check the time and notifications. The always-on feature is similar to existing Android phones. Users can see the clock, battery charge percentage, and notifications as they arrive. It is expected that the 120Hz refresh rate might be limited to the iPhone 13 Pro variants.

 

So far, there isn't anything on a design change for the upcoming iPhone 13. Another leak suggests that the phone will be using MagSafe magnets which attach the device to the charger and other accessories and have a stronger bond than usual. Apple hasn't confirmed any of these details, so we have to wait for more leaks and news on this matter.

The Chinese brand Xiaomi launched a new smartphone Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro but this is a renamed version of the Redmi K20 Pro which was already launched back in May. It follows the Xiaomi Mi 9T which was itself a renamed version of the Redmi K20. The Redmi versions are available in China, while the Mi 9T models are manufactured for European countries. The rebranding will make sense to some people as Redmi brand isn't well known outside China.

The Mi 9T Pro has some more desirable features than Mi 9T. It has a rear panel with a nano-holographic finish which gives a stunning look. If you hold it in the hand, you can have at an eye-catching flame effect appeared to be deep below the surface. It looks fantastic, and comes in either red or black, but appears to be missing the blue color from the Mi 9T. the body is made of Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and rear. Xiaomi has chosen a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen for the Mi 9T, with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels.

With Mi 9T Pro the device goes notch-less as the selfie camera is a pop-up unit on top of the phone. The device is equipped with a 20-megapixel selfie camera, joined by a triple-lens camera on the back, made of a 48-mega pixel main lens, a 13-mega pixel wide-angle lens, and an 8-mega pixel telephoto lens. The phone comes with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. The Mi 9T Pro has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chip, compared to the Mi 9T's Snapdragon 730. It comes with 6GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage space. The battery has the same 4,000mAh capacity but gains faster charging. It is announced for release in Europe, the Mi 9T Pro costs 400 euros, or about $443, for the 64GB model, or 450 euros/$500 for the 128GB phone.

Xiamoi had great success with its phenomenally designed Redmi Note series, and just as the Redmi Note 7 made to the news by featuring a 48-MP phone camera earlier this year, Redmi Note 8 Pro is also coming up with a big camera lens. Realme semi-revealed its XT with the same sensor a couple of days ago, but the company is making it official now.

The camera phone with extra hardware and software capabilities are no longer surprise anyone. This is something almost everyone expects nowadays. But 48MP seems huge. Why would someone want a 64-mega pixel camera lens on a phone?
Another curious thing is - Is the image produced by a 48-mega pixel camera on a phone a high definition image? or the processing is done at some other level. Generally, mobile phones can't handle such a lens. There are two sensor designs in Redmi Note that are grouped together in fours for better light sensitivity. Using this technique a 48 MP camera phone will produce an only a 12-megapixel image. While Samsung 64-MP sensor gets you 16 MP resolution which is physically large, so it will capture more light.

In some situations, you might want to shoot in 64MP camera mode, but mostly 16MP mode will be useful. Realme has provided the sample images that were taken by the Redmi Note 8. The images do indeed presents lots of detail in certain areas of the image, though the heavy-duty processing was done on the software end.

There are a 6.55-inch 1080p screen and a quad-camera setup including that 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide, and two assistive 2-megapixel sensors along with a 20-megapixel selfie camera. The Note 8 Pro uses MediaTek's gaming-focused Helio G90T processor paired with 6 or 8GB of RAM and 64 or 128GB of storage.

The test was performed by YouTube Chong Li who posted a video on the gaming comparison of Redmi Note 8 Pro Vs. Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus. He played a top-tier game PUBG mobile which is a graphically intense game for mobile devices. He ran the test for 30-minutes and results were completely unexpected. The Redmi Note 8 Pro uses the MediaTek chip whereas the Redmi Exynos 990 struggle to maintain a stable 60fps for more than 10 minutes and dropped to 50fps. The drop is caused by overheating and throttling caused by game processing for a long time.

 

Here it is important to note that Galaxy S20 plus is available in Exynos 990 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 variants. Although the Snapdragon is only available for the USA and South Korea. The Exynos version is aimed at Asian countries. Although Exynos isn't too bad as well but can't compete with MediaTek processors. The latest Exynos 992 is 1-3% more power-efficient than Snapdragon 865 and its predecessor and we expect better work in the future as well. We may see Exynos 1000 chipset that will be made in collaboration with AMD.

The front face is plain black, with two stereo speakers above and below the display, but there is also a 3.5mm audio jack. The front camera is in one corner of the screen which means you get a seamless user experience while playing video games or watching videos on the phone.

 

The rear side of the phone has a large centered ROG logo that lights up with different colors when Xcode is activated. A small transparent panel shows off the phone's elaborate cooling system and tiny vent to make it cool while playing games. Although, there is only one drawback of having such a glossy background. The phone slides around on most surfaces and leaves fingerprint marks on the cover. The company has used corning Gorilla Glass 6 on the front and Gorilla Glass 3 on the rear side.

 

The phone is slightly heavy and not for everyone. The main reason for its weight is due to the 6,000mAh battery and cooling system. This isn't a phone for you if you prefer slim sleek designs. Asus has gone with a 6.59-inch 1080x2340 screen, and its biggest advantage is an unprecedented 144Hz refresh rate. You can buy the ROG Phone 3 starting in early August with either 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage for Rs. 49,999, or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for Rs. 57,999. In other countries, Asus will offer a staggering 16GB / 512GB option as well.

 

ROG phone 3 features a 64-megapixel primary camera with a Sony sensor and f/1.8 aperture. The second camera is a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle one, while the third one is a 5-megapixel macro camera. The front camera features a 24-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera. The ROG Phone 3 isn't going to be an option for everyone, but if gaming is a huge passion, and if you don't mind a huge phone, you'll definitely like this one. The thing we like most about our smartphones is the very factor that causes some to claim they are the devil's work. We can, and do, use them to do practically anything and everything. Manage your schedule

Don't think from the above that mobile trading apps are a bad thing. Quite the opposite, they are an essential tool for both pro and occasional traders. It all comes down to using the tools in the right way. Even the top Wall Street traders are not going to be doing hundreds of trades every day and watching the market 23 hours out of 24. If you are doing so as an amateur, there's something going badly wrong.

The advantage of mobile trading apps is that they are convenient - they free you from the need to sit down at your desktop to do your trading activity. But that doesn't mean that you have to spend any more time using them than you would if you were operating from desktop only.

Watch for the signs of addiction

Ah, the a-word. It's one that the media loves to throw around. They would have us believe that we are addicted to unhealthy food, to coffee, to our cars, to TV and most of all to our smartphones. The trend towards demonizing any sort of luxury or convenience and shouting the word addiction at the first sign of over-indulgence is not just inaccurate. It is also counter-productive.

Any kind of addiction, from cigarettes to shopping to gambling to junk food presents a serious risk and can ruin lives. The misuse of the word in the popular media, where anyone who gets drunk or eats unhealthy food or spends lots of time on their smartphone must be an addict leads to a classic boy who cried wolf scenario. It only makes it less likely for us to see the signs when genuine addiction begins to manifest.

Vivo iQOO Z1 5G is the latest gaming phone to feature the MediaTek flagship chipset for the first time. The company has already launched two gaming phones this year - iQOO 3 and iQOO Neo 3. Although snapdragon chops dominate the android phone in recent years, the MTK density series is in a better position for the high-performing needs. Let's talk about the display first. The phone has 1080MP LCD at a 144Hz refresh rate. The Z1 has scored over 520,000 points in the Antutu benchmark, but this isn't as good as 597,000 points of the Neo 3 running the Snapdragon 865. We see the GPU performance of the MTK chipset is much close to the Snapdragon chipset.

 

The gaming experience is not very different from what you can have on the Snapdragon since there are not many games that require extremely high CPU or GPU performance from Android phones. Most games support up to 60 fps frame rate. There are a few games that can lock the frame rate under 30fps like Asphalt 9. The game got a z1 shutter sometimes, but it still reaches at 29fps on an average. With games that don't lock the frame rate, Z1 could offer a super smooth gaming experience with its 144Hz display. If you continue to play games for a long time, the frame rate may drop down to 90fps to prevent any heating issues.

 

The phone comes with a 44W charger that takes only 23 min to charge up to 50% of the power and an hour to fully charge the phone. The one-hour PUBG mobile game consumed around 16% of the power. That means you can continue to play for another 5 hours of the game. The phone isn't perfect and has a performance gap between Snapdragon 865 and the Dimensity 1000 plus. However, with most android games, the gap is really hard to perceive due to frame rate limits. Z1 cost around $300 and is one of the cheapest gaming phones this year.

The Vivo X50 pro is the first phone this year in the X-series after a very long time. The last phone in the X series was the Vivo X21 and it was launched two years ago in 2018. It supports 5G connectivity and available in 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage options. The device features a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate with HDR+ certification. The phone has a quad-camera system with 48-megapixel primary camera and a gimbal stabilization feature. This feature is unique but we don't know so far that if it works or just a hype created by the company.

iQOO has come up with probably the cheapest 5G smartphone by the company today. The Chinese manufacturer also unveiled another smartphone called iQOO U1 but this one is 4G and has a pricing of $171. The bezels are thicker than you would see on the recent phones, and the notch cuts into the screen a little awkward, but you have to bear in mind how affordable this phone is.

The phone is powered by snapdragon 660 and has 4gB or 6GB of RAM, paired with 64GB or 128GB storage, which is expandable via memory card. With a new phone, it seems responsive and fast, even when switching between several apps, you may feel some delay. The device runs on the Android 9 Pie out of the box and ensures Android updates for two years, and security updates to keep your phone protected for another year. The Nokia 7.2 has a triple-lens 48MP+8MP+5MP camera that can get some very good shots in well-lit situations, and some satisfactory shots in low light, though noise can start to be a problem as the illumination wanes.

After looking at a number of leaked photos and renders, we now know for sure (more or less anyway!) that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will sport a USB Type-C cable and it will be the first Samsung device to do so. The model number of the cable as seen in the video is EP-DN930CWE. As we are almost certain that the Note 7 will be codenamed SM-N930, this further reinforces the theory. The most popular rumor related to Samsung's decision of switching over to USB Type-C from the regular micro-USB is of course the upcoming second gen Gear VR. Samsung Galaxy Fold was one of the foldable and had some doubts in the consumer's mind about the whole foldable thing. Despite the device went for sale and the figures were okay, there was something about the phone that people didn't like. It could be its weight, fragile screen, or big screen that made some people uncomfortable while making calls. The Galaxy Z flip is different though. It becomes a normal size phone when folds and expands into a mini-tablet. The Z flip is compact and fits perfectly in a pocket. At the same time, Samsung introduced a screen covering that is much more resistant to damage while using daily, with hinge improvements that seem more durable than its predecessor's design.

Samsung seems to be proud of its latest display design on the Galaxy Z flip, or display covering to be accurate. The device screen is covered with glass and not with plastic. After using the fold some people didn't like its display, so Samsung decided to improve the screen this time. The only problem here is that the display covering is more fragile than the Gorilla Glass 6 on a Galaxy S10. But this screen covering can also fold in half. If you can't handle a phone that is still in the experimental phase and has some fragile aspects, you should consider buying a Galaxy S20 instead.

Samsung also experimented with the software and Android 10 One UI 2. It's just a Galaxy S10 feeling when opened. Samsung did some interesting things by using the multi-window interface on the Fold. The flex model view options on the Z flip allow you to bend the phone to a roughly 90-degree angle and have a split view on the vertical and horizontal space. Flex mode works with only a few apps lie the camera, gallery app, Duo video calls, and the always-on display clock mode. The z flip has had YouTube working in flex mode, but that wasn't on my retail unit.

Over the past couple of years, the wireless earbuds have grown from a luxury into a necessity. There is no shortage of the company's manufacturing earbuds but recently there has been some trend towards the Samsung Galaxy Buds, and now they have released the second generation.

So should you buy the Galaxy Buds Plus? The biggest advantage of using the earbuds is the way they work with Android. Although pretty much all kinds of earbuds work okay with Android in one way or another, even you can connect Apple's AirPods. However, a lot of them lack these lack extra features on the platform. With the Samsung Galaxy Buds plus, there are many extra features available, especially if you own a Samsung phone.

 

On a Samsung smartphone, just pair the earbuds with the phone and you will be greeted with a pop-up that displays the battery status of each bud and the case too. It is exactly how Apple works with AirPods. However, this isn't available to all phones. If you own a Google Pixel 4, you need to download an extra app. Once the app is installed, you will have control over the buds plus to customize taps and the like. But you won't get any pop-up with battery information. This has to be checked within the app only.

Samsung has included a USB-C port on the back of the charging case and a Qi wireless chagrining receiver inside the case. The earbuds have pretty good battery life and can last up to 11 hours by Samsung's rating. I don't think that anyone would use the earbuds for that long but even if you use it aa for 4,5 hours, the battery hardly gets any drainage.

There are a few different sound profiles in the Samsung app but if you settled down Dynamic, this sounds pretty normal. The Normal setting although won't get you the best result. Another big plus here is the Spotify integration that enables you to assign a long-press on either bud to a Spotify shortcut. This shortcut initiates Spotify on your connected phone to play either your most recent track or your daily mix playlists.

 

Now, to talk about the cons or not so good features of the earbuds. The buds plus case isn't huge but still unflattering and thick and the default sound profile isn't so good. Samsung has used two microphones to make call audio to sound better and isolate your voice but you may not find the quality of the mics quite impressive.

It may not have the sleekness of the new iPhone X and if you can afford the £1,000 price tag for that, then you wouldn't be considering the Pixel 2. It is, however, simple to use and has a fantastic responsive screen with a decent colour reproduction, making gaming on high-end sites such as slotsites.com a pleasant experience.

For months, tech blogs and even Google itself have leaked so many pictures and videos about the Pixel 4 that it became the most-leaked phone ever. In the process, Google tried to hype the consumer's excitement ahead of its launch alongside other new hardware products at an event being conducted in New York on Tuesday. But the company has already fallen for another tap itself: what else can Google say if no one knows it already?

Here is what we already know about Pixel four. The Pixel is expected to have two rear cameras for one. There are already many smartphones in the market but still, one short of the iPhone 11 has 3 rear-camera. The pixel is largely a niche product, only available in the US, exclusively on Verizon. Customers can buy an unlocked version from Google or another retail store. The Pixel 3 cost around $799 whereas the new iPhone 11 starts at $699. The pixel will run on Google's latest Android operating system. Beyond the Pixel, Google is expected to show off a 13.3-inch touchscreen laptop called the Pixelbook Go, a Google Watch and an update to its Nest Mini speaker system. Pixel Buds, its answer to Apple's AirPods, will also likely get a refresh, with longer-lasting battery life and a mute feature that automatically turns on when someone else is talking.

Oppo has announced three phones under the Reno 2 brand name after 10x zoom camera phone released this year. All three devices the Reno 2, Reno 2 Z, and Reno 2 F are launching in India first and have four-facing cameras in various configuration. The processing power of these phone are also different from each other. The top-end Reno 2 isn't as high end as its predecessor flagship smartphones.

The early Reno with 10x zoom is still the fastest Reno in the series with its processing chip - Snapdragon 855. The Reno 2, is more like a sequel of original Reno that sits right at the top of what you can expect from a budget-friendly smartphone. It has Snapdragon 730 processing chip, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. The device has a screen display of 6.5-inchd with dynamic AMOLED display pale. It uses the same screen technology as the Galaxy S10 and Note 10. The Z and F both have quad-camera system including a 48MP primary camera. The only difference between the Z and F is that Z uses Sony's sensor whereas the F goes for Samsung's cheaper sensor.

Quad-camera array isn't a new thing anymore. It features an 8MP camera lens, a 16mm-equivalent wide-angle module, a 26mm camera using 48MP sensor, a 13MP camera and a 2MP monochrome sensor. It all adds up to 5x optical zoom with software do the remaining work. All the phones have USB-C, flash charging, a headphone jack. To keep them working all day long, the battery is 4,000mAh. An optical in-display fingerprint sensor keeps the security intact whereas the phone runs on ColorOS 6.1.

When we talk about the premium smartphones, OPPO comes very far in the line. The company is primarly focusing on the budget-friendly smartphones for its users such as the Oppo F series which is doing very well in the big countries like China and the India. The latest smartphones in the same category were the oppo F11 and the oppo F11 Pro which were launched earlier this year. Until last year, Oppo also used to sell the upper mid-range R series, the culmination of which was the Oppo R17 and the Oppo R17 Pro.

This year Oppe release two smartphones in the Reno series - the regular Oppo reno and the flagship Reno 10x Zoom. The regular Oppo Reno was an upper-mid range phone with the Qualcomm snapdragon 710 Soc, but it had a short life cycle. The Oppo Reno 10x zoom, on the other hand, is a full-fledged smarphon with a 10x hybrid zoom telephoto camera. The phone is powered by the the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, and a big 6.6-inch AMOLED display. The Reno 10x Zoom is also priced lower than last year's Find X. In indian market, the starting variant of the phone is cheaper than the OnePlus 7 Pro which is interesting.

OPPO then launched the OPPO Reno2 mid-range phones in India, consisting of the Reno2, Reno2Z, and the Reno2F. However, the Reno 10x Zoom still remains the company's flagship phone. The Oppo Reno 10x zoom has a 6.6-inch OLED display with 1080 resolution and 19:5:9 ratio. It uses gorilla glass 6 for the protection. There are two variants with 6GB and 8GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB storage. The battery is 4065mAh and fro security it uses optical in-display. It uses 48MP as primary sensor, and 13MP telephoto sensor, and 8MP 120 ultra-wide sensor. It has 16MP with front-facing LED for the front camera.

Oppo launched the Reno series of smartphones in June 2019. The series was comprised of Oppo Reno, Oppo Reno 10x zoom, and Oppo Reno Z. It took Oppo for four months to launch the Reno 2 devices. The new devices weren\'t upgrades of previous phones instead they are new devices along with the series that sits alongside other phones, but at a different price tag.

The main selling point of the device is its 48MP quad-camera with the ultra-clear main camera, 8MP wide-angle lens, 13MP telephoto lens, and a 2MP mono lens. The primary camera uses sony f/1.7 aperture sensor. The device has pop-up camera housed in a shark-fin piece that rises from the top of the phone. It has up to 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. Oppo Reno has been one of the successful smartphone series last year and apparently, Oppo wants to create more cash out of its success by releasing another phone. The specs are not very much different from the existing Reno 3 smartphones, and so far, the series isn't going anywhere. As per the official website, there is another Reno 3 vitality edition, officially up and ready for pre-orders on both websites jd.com and opposhop.cn.
As per some related leaks, the Vitality is similar to the Vanilla Reno 3 with some internals swapped and new colors.

 

The first major change is around the processing chip. The Vitality device is using Snapdragon 765 chipset in the place of Mediatek MT6885Z Dimensity 1000L. This makes it slightly faster than the vanilla Reno 3 and something around the Pro variant. Though the Reno 3 Pro is slightly faster than the Reno 3 Vitality due to better variants of the same processing chip. The company has offered the phone in three new colors - Moonlight black, sky mirror white, and streamer gold. Other than these changes, the phone is almost identical to the standard variant. It has the same 6.4-inch display with 1080 pixel resolution and super AMOLED display. The front camera has a teardrop notch and houses a 32MP camera lens. The phone has the same 4025mAh battery with 30W fast charging support, 3.5mm audio jack, and NFC. Currently, it is priced at CNY 2,999, or just around $430.
