YouMobile.org ("the site") allows users ("the user") to send SMS text messages.

1 . "The User" is soley responsible for all content, including offensive or objectionable content, of any text messages sent by "the user".

2 . "The Site" has no responsibility or liability for any message or its content or any actions or events which may result from the use of "the site".

3 . "The Site" reserves the right to add advertiser messages or site notices in some or all of the messages sent by "the user" through "the site".

4 . "The User" may not use "the site" to/for:

Spam
Junk or Bulk Email
Advertise In Anyway
Commercial Use
Stalk or Impersonate Another
Transmit Harmful Viruses/Worms/Trojans

5. Send Illegal Content including but not limited to: threats, racism, abuse, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, vulgar, indecent, harrasing or
anything which could be construed as illegal activity.

6. "The Site" is for entertainment purposes only and should not be used for anything considered critical. "The Site" is not responsible or liable
for any and all lost text messages or any actions or inactions which may result from lost messages.

7. "The Site" reserves the right to cooperate with any legal or law enforcement agency with presentation of proper subpoena for the violation
of any item in these TOS.
