Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be launched sometime in October

23 September, 2013 Samsung

Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile are taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, this leaving Sprint the only major US carrier that doesn't do that. However, it appears as though Sprint will start selling the Note 3 at approximately the same time with the other three mobile operators anyway.

Based on IBTimes, Sprint will launch the brand new Note on October 2 - the same day when the system is expected to be in stock at T-Mobile. AT&T should provide the Note 3 starting October 2, while Verizon expects to produce it a bit later - on October 10. Like Verizon and AT&T, Sprint will most likely ask $299.99 (on contract) for the new Note. Most likely, the third largest US carrier will have two color versions of the device: black and white.

Introduced by Samsung earlier this year as the successor towards the popular Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note 2, the Note 3 runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, and features: a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels, S Pen stylus, LTE connectivity, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 2160p video recording, 2MP front-facing camera, quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of memory, and a 3,200 mAh battery.
