Samsung has announced the launch of GALAXY Music, a smartphone that offers superb sound quality and superb music player features.

GALAXY Music runs on Android 4.0 (Ice-Cream Sandwich) and is backed by a powerful processor that guarantees smooth and fast performance. The device has dual frontal stereo speakers that deliver outstanding sound quality further bolstered by FM radio and advanced audio features such as Sound Alive & SRS.

GALAXY Music promises high-speed downloads, abundant memory and Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing everyone to experience seamless music and multimedia applications on-the-go. Furthermore, it features a unique Music Dedicated key that provides quick and convenient access to the music player for the perfect listening experience.

Other features: 3 inch display (with a disappointing QVGA resolution), HSDPA, GPS, WVGA projector, 3MP rear camera, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support. Samsung says the Galaxy Music has "a powerful processor" - we've heard it's an 850MHz one, but that is pretty far from powerfu

GALAXY Music will also be available in a dual-SIM version in the form of the GALAXY Music Duos.
