Rumors just cannot be stopped on the Samsung Galaxy S IV, it's expected as it will be Samsung's next flagship phone.  This time it's about panoramic picture mode, apparently, Samsung will have its own custom Photo Sphere, called Samsung Orb, a new report reveals.

A software engineer working on the new Samsung Galaxy S4 has confirmed to a popular android blog that the highly-anticipated smartphone will come with a new camera feature called Samsung Orb, which will work in a way similar to the Photo Sphere that was integrated in Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Samsung Orb will allow you to capture 360-degree panorama photos that will give you "an almost three-dimensional viewing experience." Samsung Galaxy S4′s Camera app software will guide you through the process of taking Orb photos and all you will have to doin order to capture a 360 degree shot is to move the handset up or down, left or right.

The Samsung engineer said that Samsung Galaxy S4′s Orb will be "even better than Photo Sphere, courtesy of the S4′s amazing camera." He also said that Samsung is working closely with Facebook and that the users will be able to share the Orb photos on the popular social network just like they do with any other regular photo take with a smartphone's camera.

Rumor has it that Samsung Galaxy S4 will pack a 13 megapixel camera which pared with the Samsung Orb feature will allow the users to take amazing panorama pictures.

Samsung Galaxy S4 will be announced on March 14th, the new smartphone will come pre-loaded with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean the latest Android version so far, while the new iteration of Google's mobile operating system, unofficially dubbed Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, will be announced at Google I/O event in May.

What do you think about this feature?

Sometime before the Samsung Galaxy S 4 was introduced last March 14th, an earlier rumor came up about the Orb, which is a photo application that offers users plenty of special effects and features for use in sharing. Furthermore, prior to release, the S 4 was initially reported to feature the Orb but didn't, when it came out last week.

According to insiders, the Orb will eventually appear on the Galaxy S 4 when the Android 5.0 comes out. No official word yet about the date and the release as such, but we are almost sure that the 5.0 will indeed already come out in the near future.

If we are lucky, then maybe with the way that Android is coming up with a new version every May or July (Froyo, Honeycomb and Jelly Bean all came out mid-year), then it might be safe to expect the Android 5.0 to be rolled out in roughly 2-3 months. Here's to hoping Android 5.0 will come out soon!

The rumored Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to launch in September and according to a new report, will be the first Samsung device to feature S Orb panorama camera.

The S Orb feature reportedly will be rolled out to other Samsung Android handsets including the Galaxy S4, the Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy Note 2 after google releases the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.  Perhaps during Google IO 2013.

If you are not familiar with S Orb, it's Samsung's own version of 360 degree panorama. The S Orb was supposed to make it under the hood of the freshly announced Samsung Galaxy S4, but just like we've told you in the initial report this would have happened only if the new camera software was ready in time for the launch event.

Are you looking forward to the S Orb?
