If you have a rooted Android device that run ICS, Follow these Instructions:

• Download the APK file from HERE. 

• Backup the original app and .odex file.

• Rename it to GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk

• Push it to your System/App folder.

• Set permissions to RW-R-R.
