HTC Nexus 8

We heard many rumors about an HTC Nexus tablet with 8.9" screen coming soon. We still expect HTC to deliver a Nexus tablet (or an Android One tablet) in the near future. The Upcoming slate is rumored to be called HTC Nexus 8, and we already got a pretty amazing concept design made by My Gadgetic.

This HTC Nexus 8 concept design tries to envision what Google's next tablet may look like. The concept has a clean, simple design with BoomSound speakers on the front, and is obviously based on Android L. Enjoy HTC's Nexus 8 Photos below.

HTC One E8

HTC's Mid-range variant of the M8, called HTC One E8, started off in China and is slowly moving west through India and soon Russia. The info comes from local site Hi-Tech.Mail.Ru, which says the alternative flagship will be available Later this month.

The HTC One E8 will priced at RUB 25,000 (about €530), which may seem steep but keep in mind that prices in Russia are higher than in Europe, the HTC One M8 costs RUB 30,000 or €635.

Android L

The gang at XDA have just ported Android L to the HTC One M7. The work was done shortly after Google released the developer preview images of the next Android build for the Nexus 5 and Nexus 7. The port, though, is in Alpha stage which means that many of the features and applications do not work.

Because ramdisk and kernel modifications were made to accommodate Android L on the HTC One M7, there is a good chance that the phone won't run like you would expect it to. If you want to take the chance, you can click on the sourcelink for all of the directions.

Right now, the features not working include Wi-Fi, data, Bluetooth, sensors, camera and sound. GPS, though, is working.

Desire 816 Pink

If you want to purchase an HTC Desire 816 mid-range phablet but the current color palette doesn't satisfy you, then you'll be happy to know that a pink model has just been spotted in Hong Kong. This comes to complement the five other color options that we've known about so far for the Desire 816: black, white, red, gray, and green.

Desire 816 Pink

The Pink HTC Desire 816 has been launched in Hong Kong earlier today, alongside the Desire 610 and Desire 616. For now, the pink Desire 816 is limited to Hong Kong, so if you're located elsewhere you can't officially get one. HTC hasn't announced plans to make it global, yet.
