HTC M8 Ace

Interesting News. According to Engadget report, HTC will announce a budget smartphone with Plastic unibody and same Samsung Galaxy S5 Specifications but with a lower Price. The device will be called HTC M8 Ace and it aims to compete with Samsung's flagship in the market.

Offering exactly the same Specs as the S5 but with lower price will be a huge threat to Samsung. Since HTC is known for its Great Sense 6 UI which is far better then Samsung's TouchWiz, and also its amazing build quality even with plastic, HTC still have better build quality than Samsung in most of its devices. HTC will still have its own flagship device One M8 in the top.

Most importantly, the launch price of the HTC M8 Ace is said to be around $480.This means that the M8 Ace will significantly undercut the Samsung Galaxy S5 when available. Sounds like a tough competition is coming!

Will you replace your S5 with HTC M8 Ace ?

Will you prefer the M8 Ace over the Galaxy S5 ?

His tweet was about carrier-specific models for the U.S. and Canada, the international version of the HTC One M7 won't wait very long to get the same update.

HTC Desire 616 is the first smartphone to come with an Octa-core processor from HTC. This processor seems to be a MediaTek MT6592 and it has a very high-performance CPU with low poer usage.

Desire 616

Chinese websites are reporting that the Desire 616 won't cost more than $210 (1,299 CNY) when it launches in April. While that's definitely a low price, it's not lower than the price of Xiaomi's Redmi Note, which appears to be one of the main competitors of the new Desire.

Although it has eight cores, the MediaTek MT6592 is still a cheap processor that's no match for high-end CPUs from Qualcomm, Nvidia, or Samsung. Still, the HTC Desire 616 is a decent handset for its price. It sports a 5-inch 720p display, while also featuring BoomSound speakers, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable internal memory, and an 8MP rear camera with LED flash.

Nexus 9

We alaready heard rumors about the 8.9" Nexus 9 tablet that Google is working on before, But now more and more Speculation about the Nexus 9 are spreading around the web. The 8.9" Nexus tab is going to be produced by HTC, which is also rumored to be preparing to release a New tablet this year after the One M8, may be its the Nexus 9. Rhoda Alexander, director of tablet and monitor research at IHS Technology, revealed some information about the tablet.

First off, the Google Nexus 9 is likely to be a high-performance device, with volume production expected to start in July or August. She also adds that this tablet will be a lower volume product, carrying a premium price tag to support the specifications, and would not be surprised if its price is higher than $299.

Another report, by Digitimes Research, which reiterates that the Nexus 9 will start production in July. It also confirms the top-shelf specs and price tag, saying that the tablet will feature a screen resolution of more than 2K and a price tag higher than $299.

Nexus 10

Given that the tablet with the highest pixel density so far, Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, has 2560x1600 pixels display, and previous Nexus tablet, the Nexus 10 had the same resolution, Google might go as high as that for the Nexus 8.9. Samsung's darling retails for $399, and Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" is $379.

Thus, if Google prices the larger Nexus slate a tad above the $300 mark, those two might have a veritable competition, given how popular the Nexus line of devices is. Also, if HTC is indeed the one building this slate, we can reasonably expect a premium design, in addition to the premium specs.
