Today, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus (SM-G901F) is getting a newer build of the official Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update [Build Date May,18th] which is the only variant to get the Android build 5.0.2 in the S5 family so far.

The Update is currently Available over-the-air (OTA) and via Samsung KIES to Singapore and the Asian region, carrying build number G901FXXU1BOE1 and brings the latest Samsung Android build 5.0.2 with Various bug fixes and performance improvements, updated TouchWiz UI with Material Design, New notification panel and new lockscreen.

Samsung has started rolling-out a Newer Lollipop 5.0.2 Firmware build for the Samsung Galaxy A3 (SM-A300F) outside Russia (Russia got two Firmwares build before). The Update is Available Over-the-air and via KIES in Sri Lanka. Other regions should get the same build in the upcoming weeks.

The New Galaxy A3 Lollipop 5.0.2 update packs many improvments to the mid-range handset, inlcuding major performance improvments along with New TouchWiz UI with Material Design, New lockscreen, New Notifications menu and some Lollipop love.

Earlier this month, we reported that Samsung is working on micro-updates to fix the issues caused by the Lollipop update on various of devices based on users reports. The Samsung Galaxy S5 was already updated to Android build 5.0 Lollipop at first, and some other variants of the device, like Galaxy S5 LTE-A (G901F) got Android 5.0.2 update.

Now, Samsung is currently Testing a minor update for the Original Galaxy S5 (G900) with Android Build 5.0.2 Lollipop, the test is also being carried out with the Australian Carrier "Optus". Samsung Galaxy S5 Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update will pack various bug fixes and performance improvements.

According to Optus schedule, the 5.0.2 update should start rolling-out by Early June. Still, there is no confirmation if any of the other Samsung device which are already updated to Lollipop (Galaxy S4, Note 3, Note 4 or Note Edge.. etc) will get the same build 5.0.2 update.

After updating the Galaxy A7 to Lollipop. Today, Samsung Galaxy A5 (SM-A500FU) Official Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update is Rolling-out. The Update is Available Over-the-air and via KIES in Poland, and will reach more regions during June. Galaxy A3 has already got the same Lollipop update earlier this month.

The Galaxy A5 Lollipop update OTA package is about 1 GB in size and packs Android build 5.0.2 Lollipop, Updated TouchWiz UI with Material Design, Improved battery live, New lockscreen, New Notification panel, Updated system Apps, Better Network connection along with various bug fixes, performance enhancements and stability improvements. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 LTE variants has already got its first Lollipop update few days ago. Today, Samsung is Rolling-out a Newer Official Android 5.0.2 Lollipop Firmware Update to the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 LTE (SM-T535). The Update is Available Over-the-air (OTA) and via KIES in Malaysia.

This update packs Android version 5.0.2 Lollipop with a newer Firmware build [Build Date: May 19, 2015] while the first old one was [Build Date: April 23, 2015]. This means that this new build added some extra bug fixes. The update has included a New TouchWiz UI for tablets with Material Design, New Notifications panels, New lock-screen, improved muti-tasking mode along with performance improvements.
