Samsung's official Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update is currently Rolling-out to Samsung Galaxy S4 Active (GT-I9295). The update package is currently available Over-The-air (OTA) in Italy and some other regions, this is the first S4 active firmware to be released this month after a long period of no updates (since last month).

The New Lollipop 5.0.1 update packs many new features along with an updated TouchWiz UI with Material Design, Bug fixes and performance enhancements. Samsung has started rolling-out Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update to its current flagship devices Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. Both S6 variants got their first official Firmware update Over-the-air (OTA) in many regions.

The new Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update is about in 250.53 MB size heavy and mostly brings improvements for better performance. The curved touchscreen will become more responsive with this update.

Also, the Photo Editor gets a few new features for image editing on the go and also more accessories will be compatible with the phone. Besides that, several built-in apps get interface tweaks along with with various bug fixes and performance enhancements. Sprint's joined the rest of the U.S. carriers and released the official Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update to 2 of its latest devices, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Both device's updates are rolling-out Over-the-air starting from today.

The update brings Android build 5.0.1, along with all the goodies that Lollipop brings, there are lots of new features, updated TouchWiz UI with Material Design, bug fixes and performance enhancements included on the update.

T-Mobile U.S. published its Samsung's devices Android Lollipop update status. The Carrier has already released the update to the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S5 but T-Mobile's Note 4 and Note Edge users are still waiting for their Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update.

According to the carrier's official website, T-Mobile's Galaxy Note Edge Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update status is "In-development", which means that Samsung is still working on developing the Firmware for the device variant. It will take few weeks until it goes Live.

T-Mobile's Galaxy Note 4 Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update status is "Testing..." which means the update is currently under testing by the carrier to determine any bugs or issues. It will take 1-2 weeks for the update to start Rolling-out, if everything in the testing process went smooth.

AT&T is now Rolling-out its Samsung Galaxy S5 official Android 5.0 Lollipop update. The update is now Available Over-the-air (OTA) and it's around 1.4 GB to download via Wi-Fi. We would like to remind you that its a Staged Roll-out, if you didn't get the update notification now, you'll probably get it in the next few days.

To manually check for update on your device, go to "Settings > System > About device > Software update".

After applying the update you'll be running Android 5.0 Lollipop, build LRX21T.G900AUCU3BOC4. According to AT&T's notes for this release, nothing carrier-specific has been added. Every new thing you'll see after updating is part of Samsung's interpretation of Android Lollipop.
