Samsung Galaxy S III Specification revealed

YouMobile.org got some info confirmed the the Samsung Upcoming Flagship Galaxy Device that will be called "Galaxy S III" is currently under developing and will be relase due to Q2, 2012. As we said the device is currently under development and these specs (Below) may change at any time but it will still be very close to the device that will be out to the market.

Samsung Galaxy S III Main Specs:

• Samsung Quad-core 2.0GHz processor.
• 1.5GB RAM, expandable memory (MicroSDXC) with 32GB built-in.
• 4.65-inch Super-clear AMOLED display developed specially for this phone with 1280 x 1024 resolution with pixel density of 352-PPI, Which is the highest on the smartphones market so far.
• Gorilla Glass curved-display (Same design as Nexus prime)
• 10.1 megapixel camera capable of recording 1080p@60fps video.
• 9mm body thickness and a 2,000mAh battery.
• Built-in NFC, Wifi-hotspot (n/b/g), Bluetoogh 3.0 with A2DP

In Addition to these specs, the device will be running on Ice Cream Sandwich 2.4 with a TouchWiz 5 on top. This new version of TouchWiz will be a bit different from the current versions as it will feature only minor changes to the OS. This will allow Samsung to provide quicker software updates in the future.
