Twitter New timeline profile, How to access the re-designed twitter?

Twitter is rolling out a significant redesign (#letsFly) starting today with a simpler interface that will make it easier to find tweets about topics you are interested in, connect with other Twitter users, and further personalize the service.

A new profile section, for example, will gather all your tweets, lists, favorites, and so on. This Me tab, Twitter update page says, is "your opportunity to introduce yourself to the world". Video Demo shows the New layout below!
