“Quality Agent Error” Fixed with Urgent Update

25 April, 2017 Samsung Updates

It looks like Samsung is finally getting things back in order with the S8 series as the company has just released an urgent update for its users in the USA and Canada which will take care of an issue that have been bugging users in the region.

The "Quality Agent Error" was first seen as soon as users downloaded the Day One patch from Samsung which essentially removed the ability to remap the Bixby button and installed the April security update on the S8 and S8+. The nagging issue would continuously pop-up every thirty-seconds or so, just to inform you that "DQA keeps stopping." DQA is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Wi-Fi signal quality, if you were wondering.

The update is being pushed via Samsung's own Galaxy Apps Store and comes in as a tiny 943.29 KB patch for the buggy software. Once you install it and restart your device, the pesky messages should disappear and DQA should be working like it's supposed to.
