ASUS Shares More Details on ROG Phone 8 Launch

Not too long ago, ASUS shared a quick teaser post on its social media page about an upcoming smartphone launch - more specifically, the company's upcoming ROG Phone 8 is set to make its debut soon, and we now have a few more details about its arrival.

As featured on a post from the ROG Global social media account, ASUS is giving fans the chance to win the ROG Phone 8, with the tagline "#beyondgaming." With that in mind, it looks like ASUS is teasing some improvements to imaging performance, thanks to a "brand new camera system."

That being said however, not much else was mentioned in the teaser image, so details such as hardware, price and regional availability are currently unknown. However, it is highly expected that the phone will feature the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and possibly up to 24GB of RAM. Based on the current teaser images, the phone might also come with a rather different-looking design from past ROG phones.

Going back to the latest post from the ROG brand, ASUS fans looking forward to winning the new phone can cast their votes in an online blind photo contest, with a lucky winner to be announced via a draw.
