Google releases the Android 4.2 AOSP Source code and Factory Images

As soon as the New Google Nexus device goes on sale, Google published the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean source code for the Android Open source Project (AOSP) to the public, so that developers can download it and start developing ROMs based on it.

Google has also released the factory images to the Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10. GSM Galaxy Nexus factory New factory image also available.
