HTC Desire X Officially on Markets This Moth [Specs + Photos]

HTC unveiled the HTC Desire X a beautiful 4.0-inch Mid-range Android device at the IFA 2012. The Desire X, that leaked out earlier under the HTC Proto codename, runs on Ice Cream Sandwich and looks very similar to the dual-SIM Desire V, but this time it's a single-SIM affair.

The 4.0-inch LCD screen features WVGA, or 480 x 800-pixel resolution. HTC has packed this with a Qualcomm dual-core Snapdragon S4 chip clocked at 1GHz. This however is not one of the monster 28nm chips seen in high-end devices, but rather a very modest Cortex A5 chip made using 45nm technology.

HTC Desire X Full Specifications

The release date for the Desire X is set to September in markets like Europe, Africa and Asia.. No word about a U.S. version or release date yet. Price is in range of $350-400 but not yet confirmed.
