Pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S4 begin April 16 for U.S. Cellular

Starting April 16, U.S. Cellular subscribers will be able to preorder the Samsung Galaxy S4.   It will have a 13-megapixel camera, run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, and feature a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 series processor, or a 1.6GHz eight-core Samsung's Exynos 5 Octa.
