Samsung working on a Smartphone with 1080p sAMOLED HD screen, Coming Next year

We all waiting for Samsung's Next-Generation Smartphones and wondering what's Sammy is preparing for us, Well we know now. MK News is reporting that Samsung is already started mass manufacturing of FullHD displays, which will use the company's trademark SuperAMOLED technology. It's Matrix may be PenTile like on the Galaxy S III or full RGB like on the Note II, still no info about that.

Samsung's first Next-Gen 1080p smartphone will be launched as early as next year (2013), It's reported to have a 5-inch sAMOLED FullHD 1080p display with over than 400+ ppi pixel density which is double the Retina displays standard (200+ ppi)

Speaking of phones with 5-inch FullHD screens, the HTC J Butterfly is already official and it packs a 5" Super LCD3 screen with 1080p resolution (440ppi).
