According to the GLBenchmark, it looks like the Samsung GT-N5100, new model of the Galaxy Note will use a 1.6GHz Exynos 4412 processor with a resolution of 1280×800 which is the exactly the same as the current Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 model. The Samsung N5100 will probably be running on Android 4.1.2 which is the latest Andriod version at Samsung offers at this time, but it will likely to be able to upgradable to Android 4.2.
As reported by Unwiredview, we've heard that Samsung was working on a low-end Galaxy Note, alongside a 13.3 inch model, and a 6.3 inch Note III. With a quad-core processor, the N5100 is probably not the rumored low-end device. So we could see a total of four new Notes next year.
