Somewhere in the wild, PhoneArena got a couple of photos of an internal raffle doc at a New Zealand mobile retailer that states all those who won a prize will also be given a Samsung Galaxy S IV handset.   According to PhoneArena, Samsung will launch the Galaxy S IV in April.

Samsung must have noticed the success that the Xperia Z in terms of its being water-proof and it is really something that the Korean company has not delved in yet. There are talks that the company is keen on developing an S 4 rugged variant that will possibly be dust, shock and/or water resistant.

There is indeed a market for devices that could withstand intense conditions and those that require better specs to go with the "invincibility" of the device and the rugged Galaxy S 4 just might be it.

Furthermore, according to rumors, Samsung might actually unveil one in the coming weeks. Apparently, a high-ranking Samsung official has mentioned the possibility in a press conference in the Gulf. Let's just wait for a few more days for more details about this vague rumor, but we know how rumors sometimes turn out to be true.
