More than 38% of Samsung Galaxy S5 users switched from an iPhone

An intersting report from The Telegraph UK, shows that more than 38% of the users who upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S5 switched from an Apple iPhone. The data has been gathered from the popular mobile trade-in website CompareMyMobile, that's more than any other users who switched from any other brand. As a result for that, Samsung Galaxy S5 sales was Double what the Galaxy S4 reached in the same period last year.

The majority of Apple users who made the switch to Samsung's latest Smartphone flagship traded an ancient by today's standards iPhone 4s. CompareMyMobile had an increase of trade-ins by 160% since the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S5 during this year's MWC in Barcelona.


More and more People find that Samsung devices and Android OS freedom is offering more options than Apple's iOS. Looks like Samsung ads are working great.
