Samsung Galaxy S III tops all Smartphones in a web browsing battery test

The battery longevity issue is more important than ever today since most new handsets offer LTE connectivity which is known for its hunger for battery energy. But Which smartphone has the longer battery time to be connected to 4G LTE and browsing the web ?

Ninety-nine handsets were tested and the average number of minutes the battery lasted while browsing the web was 193. The longest battery life device was the Samsung Galaxy S III with a 359 minutes record.

Behind that 4.8" screen is an energy nibbler battery. On the other end of the spectrum is the gluttonous HTC Sensation XL which managed just 139 minutes of browsing time on battery.
