Samsung adds iPad 3, iPad mini and iPod touch 5 to lawsuit against Apple

The legal war between Apple and Samsung continues. This time Samsung strikes back on Apple, the South Korean giant is adding some of the Apple's recently announced products to its lawsuit against the U.S. based company Apple Inc.

The already long list of Apple products that Samsung claims violates their patents will now include the new 4th generation iPad with Retina display, iPad mini and the 5th generation iPod touch.

But that's not all. Samsung had also recently requested the court to take a look at the settlement agreement between Apple and HTC and the US Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal has now granted that request.
