Windows 11 update will make reinstalling the OS a breeze

There may come a point in your use of Windows 11 in which you might need to reinstall the operating system. This is because there could be corrupt system files that could be messing up the way it runs. The problem with reinstalling Windows is that usually it requires you to delete everything.

If you'd rather not go through that hassle, Microsoft's got your back. In a report from Windows Latest, an upcoming update to Windows 11 will allow users to reinstall Windows 11 through the Windows Update feature without wiping out your files in the process. This includes files, your system settings, and installed apps.

This means that the only thing that gets reinstalled is the core operating system itself. This should also ultimately make the reinstallation process a lot faster, plus it will save you a lot of time having to restore your files, downloading and reinstalling apps, and getting your settings back to the way you like it.

At the moment, the feature is only available in the Beta Channel, but even then it doesn't seem to be working yet. It is unclear when this update will be released to the public, but if you are planning on doing a reinstall, if you can wait, then maybe this is an update to look forward to.
