Android's Google Play store is growing rapidly everyday, more Apps, more Users and more Developers. It seems to be catching up with Apple's App store. The Play Store has reached 800,000 apps today which is a huge number for such a new platform.

According to, Google Play store will hit 1 Million Apps milestone by June,2013. These numbers indicate that Apple's App store is no longer the largest applications market on the web. Google Play books, Movies, Magazines and Music has an important role in this growth.
