Google Play store has just got another minor Update to version 3.10.9 (Download from link below), This version is similar to what Android 4.2 brings. Their is a new screen that pops-up when you are in the middle of installing an app, It might be considered a little helpful since it displays other apps that users of the title you're downloading have installed.
To get past the purchasing page regular installation screen, simply click on "Keep Shopping". Also Google Play 3.10.9 App require a New location permission.
This Permission apparently are based on adding people you know to your Google + circles according on your current location and add the whole thing to the recommendation algorithm which results of a new, improved list of recommendations.
