The battle between Samsung and Apple has been going for more than 2 years now. Recently, Samsung will be looking to key Google Engineers to testify in court in its favor, to provide evidence that Android was developed independently and unrelated to Apple's iOS.

Jury selection begins this week in the most recent of a long series of trials between the two top smartphone manufacturers. Apple is seeking up to $40 per Samsung device sold in royalties totalling $2 billion in damages on five distinct patents including tap to search and slide to unlock.

Samsung has decided to countersue on two of its own patents, which the Koreans say are infringed in the iPhone and iPad.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 already leaked few days ago. Today, we have the first leaked photos of the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 from @evleaks, along with the specifications. The tablet will come with two colors (Black, White) same as its 7.0 variant.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 sports a 10.1-inch display (with 1280 x 800 pixels), and is the successor to last year's Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. Like the 7-inch model that was spotted earlier this week, the Tab 4 10.1 has two color versions: black and white. Its features reportedly include Android 4.4 KitKat, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1.5GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal memory.

The tablet should have a 1.2MP front-facing camera, and a 3MP snapper on the back. These features won't make anyone drool, and that's why Samsung will probably sell the Tab 4 10.1 for a low price.

Today, Samsung unveiled a smart LED bulb of its own. It's called simply "Smart Bulb" and unlike most of the competition, it's utilizes Bluetooth in order to connect to smartphones and tablets.

Samsung says you can control up to 64 bulbs via the dedicated app without any additional equipment or set-up. The bulbs can be dimmed down to 10% and lasts up to 15,000 hours or 10 years if used normally. Pricing and availability are yet to be confirmed. We hope going for Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi will allow Samsung willprice its Smart Bulb below the $32 to be cheaper than LG's Smart Lamp.

A Photo of the Upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Series has leaked online, @evleaks posted a photo of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 on twitter, the device is officially Unannounced but it looks like a larger version of the Galaxy S5.

The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 definitely runs Android 4.4 KitKat. Its rumored features include an 800 x 1280 pixels display, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 3MP rear camera, Quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, MicroSD card support, and a 4,450 mAh battery.

Today, Samsung is teasing a new website service Design.Samsung.com to be launched on 27th,March. The video teaser shows a lot of Samsung design ques like the nature inspired Galaxy S3 body, which we're seeing molded from liquid polycarbonate. "Make it meaningful" looks to be the title of the project.

Samsung's trailer (Video below) doesn't give out the idea behind the project aside from sharing design ideas with the community. Perhaps the company will look to it for inspiration and getting feedback on its products. We'll start refreshing the site in a week to see it as it launches.
