We've just reported 2 days ago that Samsung started production of 5" 1080p sAMOLED HD Panels. Today, the Korean News agency Asiae posted that Samsung will show the Next-Generation Galaxy Device's display at the CES event Next year.
Samsung will show its latest revolution on mobile technology at the CES 2013, a 4.99-inch Super AMOLED HD display with Full HD 1080p resolution (1920 x 1080) with a pixel density of more than 441ppi which packs twice as more pixels as the Retina display does. The display info didn't includes if its uses PenTile or RGB matrix.

The Next-Generation Galaxy device "Galaxy S4" aka "Galaxy S IV" is rumored to pack the same 4.99" display but Samsung will show us the display only for now as the S4 is rumored to be available by June,2013.
