Galaxy S IV

We've seen Samsung GT-I9500 device recently in many benchmark results and software development kits. From the model number we can indicate its a high-end device from the "Galaxy S" family.

We still not sure if the device is the rumored Galaxy S IV with Android 4.2.1 or a TIZEN smartphone, as Samsung plans on moving to TIZEN OS during this year. Now it's on the Samsung's Official website...

Today, The Samsung GT-I9500X has been spotted on the company's software download page, probably entered into the database early by an error and its still there. Unfortunately, the website does not reveal anything on the this Smartphone, the "X" indicates that the device will have more than one version (e.g. I9500G, I9500P... etc).

Galaxy S4

Samsung's upcoming 4th Generation GALAXY S device aka GALAXY S IV, is rumored to be announced during April,2013 which is only 5 Months away. Rumors and reports about it specifications are circling all around the web.

Today, Reuters has reported that the upcoming GALAXY S IV will pack an unbreakable display, Samsung is said to ditch the usual glass cover for its displays in favor of a plastic one, which is said to be virtually impossible to break. Samsung will probable use its flexible AMOLED display technology "YOUM" that has been confirmed to be on production for next year.

"Eventually, they'll have unbreakable and flexible displays. Either the Galaxy S IV or S V will have unbreakable and even possibly flexible and fordable displays by 2014. That's going to be a game-changer," - Mark Newman analyst, Hong Kong.

Exynos 5450

The new Samsung-made Nexus 10 uses the next-generation Exynos chipset an Exynos 5 with two Cortex-A15 cores at 1.7GHz and Mali-604 GPU, to be exact the chip name is Exynos 5250

Rumors, from a korean source, that the next Samsung Galaxy S IV will use an Exynos 5 chipset should come as no surprise, but the rumor is pointing to the Exynos 5450 with a Quad-core A15 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz and a beefier Quad-core Mali-658 GPU, which is faster than the Nexus 10's Exynos 5250

The Exynos 5450 will be made on a 28nm process (instead of 32nm as the Exynos 5250) and the CPU will probably be downclocked to at least 1.7GHz, but even then battery might be an issue.
