Samsung released two version of the Galaxy S5, the original Galaxy S5 Snapdragon 801 and Galaxy S5 Octa-Core. The Octa-core version packs a Samsung's Exynos 5 Octa chip with 8-cores CPU, the other variant packs Qualcomm's Snapdragon 801 Quad-core (4-cores) CPU. We have the AnTuTu benchmark test results of both models.

The Galaxy S5 Octa-core scored over 38K, while the S801 model scored 36K. With the Galaxy S4 generation. The Exynos 5 Octa version of the Galaxy S5 have a lead, especially in the CPU department, 2,000 points is not a major different but you can feel the performance different between both Models.

Samsung launched its flagship for this year Samsung Galaxy S5, and it's now preparing for its younger brother, the Samsung Galaxy S5 mini. As the rumor has it the Samsung "SM-G800" Galaxy S5 mini will pack a 4.5" 720p Super AMOLED display and will run on a Snapdragon 400 chipset with Quad-core CPU.

Other leaked specs suggest the Galaxy S5 mini will come with 1.5GB RAM, 16GB of expandable storage via microSD, 8MP rear and 2MP front camera, IR blaster and a 2,100 mAh battery. Android 4.4 KitKat skinned with TouchWiz should come pre-installed out of the box.
