T-Mobile has already released Android 5.1.1 Lollipop firmware for its Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition (SM-P607T) few weeks ago. Today, the first official Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for the original Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition (SM-P600) is rolling-out. The update is currently available Over-the-air (OTA) and via KIES in Spain, and should hit the rest of the regions by next month.
The same update will be available to ALL Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition (SM-P60X) variants only worldwide. The firmware version is [P600XXUDOJ3] and the OTA package size is about 1.0 GB in size. The update packs the latest Lollipop 5.1.1 build along with a new TouchWiz UI with Material Design, updated system Apps, updated Notifications panel, Better Multi-tasking, New lockscreen, various bug fixes and huge performance enhancements alongside, the most important "Stagefright security fix" patch that was implemented inside the build.
