The Google Play Edition of the Sony Xperia Z Ultra might be the next smartphone in queue to get the latest Android 4.4.3 firmware.

According to Bluetooth SIG, the phablet has been certified for Android 4.4.3 OS. The phablet has cleared the certification with software version KTU72.S1.3013, which is said to be the newest version of Android.

Great News for Verizon's Galaxy S4 users who are waiting for their KitKat update, An internal Verizon document leaked confirms that Android 4.4.2 Update OTA will be released on May,2nd to the Samsung Galaxy S4 SCH-i545. No official News from Verizon yet.

Verizon has been known to be fairly late with their official Android updates in the past, but if the Galaxy S4 gets 4.4.2 by the 2nd, it would be a step toward the reversal of that trend.

Samsung is currently seeding the Android 4.4.2 KitKat Update to the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) tablet. The update is currently available only for Wi-Fi variant, while the 3G and LTE models are expected to get it any moment now.

Google has started rolling-out the Android 4.4.3 KitKat OTA update to Sprint's Nexus 5 users yesterday. Now we get reports about Samsung preparing to bring the same update to its latest flagship devices. Speculations points that the KitKat 4.4.3 update will be available for Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy S5 Google play Editions before the End of this Month.

The KitKat 4.4.3 Update brings various Bug fixes to the Camera, along with other reported bugs such as Random reboots, Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity issues, Data connection lost, app shortcuts, battery life and security issues.

International variants of the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S5 should get the same update with TouchWiz UI on top in May-June this year, as Google is preparing an event to be held on 25-26 June in San Francisco in order to announce the Next Android version 4.5 that will bring some UI Changes and New Icons accroding to a leaked screenshot.

Android 4.4.3 KitKat Update is Now Available for Nexus 5 users on Sprint, they are the first to get this update. The update build number is KTU48F. The Update Enables Nexus 5 to work on Sprint's LTE network using bands 26 and 41.
