What makes Samsung's wireless charging solution stand out is the fact that charging coil is 40% thinner, and is attached to the inside of the battery cover. This would allow Samsung to keep on making very thin devices, but beef them up with wireless charging capabilities.

Design & Display

S3 vs. iphone 5

Both devices have a physical buttons below the screen, Apple iPhone 5 is undoubtedly easier to grasp in the hand, seeing that it's lighter in weight, skinnier in frame, and not as cumbersome to hold in the hand as the Galaxy S III. The S III feels good in hands and hard to fall-off too as its big & wide in a way that fits your hands perfectly.

S3 vs. iphone 5

However, there's no doubt in our mind that the Samsung Galaxy S III would probably handle a fall a lot better than its rival mainly because its plastic body wouldn't be as badly beaten up.

S3 vs iphone5

The iPhone 5 pack a Retina display with decent pixel density and deep colors. However, the device has a non-standard display resolution (1136 x 640) which doesn't allow it to display any HD content correctly. In other hands, The Galaxy S III sAMOLED HD display has a good pixel density, less than the iPhone 5, and has great brightness and high contrast colors, The S3 HD resolution (1280 x 720p) 16:9 ratio allow it to perfectly show full HD content on the screen without compressing or cutting any of it.

Battery life

Talk time s3 iphone5

In the 3G talk time test, the Jelly Bean Galaxy S III survived for 10 hours and 15 minutes of constant talk on a single charge, The iPhone 5 last only 8 Hours and 42 minutes which is about 2 hours less than the Galaxy S III.

vieo playback s3 iphone 5

In the video playback test, the Jelly Bean Galaxy S III's battery reached 10% after 9 hours and 27 minutes, When the iPhone 5 lasts 10 hours and 12 minutes. The Galaxy S III lost this round by only 45 minutes less than the iPhone 5, we can blame the Huge 4.8-inch sAMOLED 720p HD display for those 45 minutes.

Samsung Galaxy S III is Now one of the Best Top-selling Android smartphone this year, packing a 8MP camera sensor. Moreover, more megapixels also make it more challenging for a device to perform well in low light conditions due to the simple fact that pixels get smaller and noise gets in easier. Expectations around Galaxy S IV to bring some big camera improvements to the series after 2 generation packing the same 8MP sensor.

The 13-megapixel sensor is said to have been originally intended for the third-gen Galaxy S and the second Galaxy Note, but never made it to those devices. If such a camera arrive in the S IV, it'd capture images with 4208 x 3120 pixel resolution which will require more processing power and more RAM too.
