We all saw how Apple's New iPhone 5 units have many faults, Scartches and dins on the back and fornt panel, Poor build quality of the back cover, light leakage from some parts. Many users are reporting that they are returning their iPhone 5 units to the retailers.

A Foxconn employee has revealed on a discussion at a Chinese forum post that "10 out 100 iPhone 5 is good" and the other 90 is faulty. In another post, advising a friend to "not buy an iPhone 5 now and wait until October to buy one".

We reported the same incident yesterday... Now, more and more users are still reporting that their Black iPhone 5 that they got from Apple has "Scuff marks, Scratches and dings" all over the device's panel Out of the box, before they even touch it! This kind of problems makes Apple's products Quality questionable.

This is a scenario that apparently is taking place throughout the world. Forums and message boards are full of Apple iPhone 5 buyers complaining about finding nicks and small scratches mostly on the side of the unit, although some have had them near the screen on the device. Some have taken to social networking sites like Twitter to spread the sad news.

If you are one of those people you can get full refund for your phone at any Apple store or replace your iPhone with another one and hope the other New iPhone 5 unit don't have the same problem too.

Lately, Several iPhone 5 owners, particularly of the Black & Slate colored model, are reporting "dents and scratches" along the chamfered edges of their new iPhone 5 devices right out of the box.

There aren't many reports from owners of the White & Silver iPhone 5, but that just might be because the color isn't particularly popular.

Apple will surely replace any damaged device. But if you're importing this device to a different country, you will need to be careful and hold on till the issue gets sorted.

Apple released the iPhone 5 with the A6 Chipset that Apple designed it and Samsung manufactured it. However, Apple doesn't really care about marketing towards spec nerds, they just said that A6 is 2x Faster than previous A5X in terms of the CPU & GPU and its a Quad-core Processor.

In Fact, After TechInsights have examined the A6 SoC using diffusion imagery and have found out some details. It looks like the A6 is a Dual-core CPU, each core is clocked at 1GHz.

The GPU has Tri-Core (3 cores) running at 266MHz, but that is unclear. It is assumed that the GPU is a PowerVR SGX 543MP3, but again that isn't confirmed. The CPU is also a custom job made by Samsung.
